The Red Mill Motel is an 18 room, family owned and operated property located in South Yarmouth, midway between Falmouth and Provincetown. We offer spacious well-appointed accommodations within walking distance to beaches, shopping, waterfront dining, an aquarium/zoo and adventure/mini-golf. If you would rather not walk, why not enjoy the warm water of Nantucket Sound beaches and many other Cape attractions via the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority's Breeze bus service which runs right past our door. Don't forget to start your day off right with our complimentary continental breakfast, served each morning in our lobby.

This family-owned and operated hotel is less than one half-mile from the beach and 4 miles from downtown Hyannis.
