Simple and Quite hotel. Restaurant non-functional. Staff was friendly but helpful only when asked. Not very outgoing. Close to other sites and restaurants.

I liked the ease of getting into the room since I am handicapped it was nice and easy to access. I really did not find anything objectionable at the hotel, it was very nice. It was really clean and very close to everything, shopping, dining gas stations it was a very pleasant experience.

Hotel is dated and needs significant upgrade. Room was reasonably clean except the bathtub/shower had mold in much of the grout. Not very appealing. Staff was helpful. The bedroom to the suite had barely enough room to walk around.

I was very well taken care on at the Red Lion & would recommend it to others. My only dissappointment was that the pool & jaccuzzi were closed for maintanence

Easy to get to rooms. Swimming pool down for repair, our grandchildren were very disappointed. Over all very nice. Should have let us know the pool was going to be closed.

This hotel is in a great location. Rooms are nice. Staff very friendly and accomodating. We requested a late check out time, and they let us pick the time we wanted to leave. Bath and Body shampoo, soap, and lotion in each room. A must stay if in Pocatello

Location, nice bedding. Dark rooms, needs updating. Good for the money. Had inside room, so no natural light which made the room a little dark.

The hotel was old, loud and smelled terribly of mold. This hotel was extremely tired and I would not stay at this hotel again.

I loved the comfy beds! Hated thecold pool and dirty hot tub! Overall, a nice experience. Hoping the pool was a fluke and they'll get it fixed.

Room was nice and clean. Evening front desk personnel was friendly and helpful. Lounge - white trash central. Restaurant closed early at night, only the lounge was open for dinner. The barmaid (staff) was rude beyond belief. We were ignored when we walked in and snapped at when I asked for menus. It was not busy at the time and customers should not be made to feel like an annoyance. When we got up to leave, the barmaid finally yelled out that she had the menus. We will never stay at this hotel again, and we will not recommend it to anyone else.

It has a good atmosphere. The restaurant was only open during morning hours. The Red Lion Hotel is a family bases hotel my children love it and I love the fitness center. Also the room was located in an area where I could see my personal vehicle.

The hotel has a good atmosphere. The restaurant hours were inconvenient, 6:00 am to 11:00 am. I like this Hotel, because of the excellent staff and pool plus the fitness room!
