water pressure was very low, toilet won't flush very well. A/C unit made lots of noise that disturbed me all night.

Location was confusing, inadequate signage. Very comfortable.

Very enjoyable chats with front desk staff! Friendly and always available -- they answered questions and were very kind. Dining room was great! We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. What a wonderful view! The grounds are fun to walk around. Lush scenery overlooking a lake -- very nice.

The hotel was 14% occcupied and I was put in a room in the basement. The heat was intense also. The hallways and staris were tattered and dirty.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great check-in experience, super friendly and informative. The room met all of our expectations. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for one or two night stay in Olympia.

This is probably a former Westin, or at least it has the same furniture and pictures on the wall as a Westin I stayed at recently. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, what more could we ask? We only ate in the dining room once, at an off-peak time, but the server was helpful and very nice, and the food was good. Plenty of free parking was a plus.

It was a nice sized room with good quality furniture and clean for a reasonable price. I like the fact that they allowed dogs.

Nicely updated room, comfortable beds. Very nice hotel. Appears to be geared toward business travelers, but it suited my leisure travel needs fine. This is an older hotel, but my room was recently updated and clean. Friendly front desk staff.

The hotel was in a nice setting, lots of trees. The room was very clean and had lots of space. Staff was very friendly and helpful with directions, etc. Security could be an issue however because the outside door was only locked one of six nights we stayed there. Only one of three ice machines was working.

In the middle of the state capital, but has a rustic setting due to layout and plants. No mini fridge in room, pool under maintenance and closed early.

Location is hard to find, not well signed and not close to freeways. Room was just ok, hotel needs updated. Refer/micro would have been nice. Kids baseball teams in hotel running down halls all day/night. No ice in the ice machines. Easy, free parking. Resturant poor.

Nice hotel nestled into a quiet neighborhood. Excellent service throughout the hotel and great food in the dining area. Nice view. Decor has been recently updated. No fridge or microwaves are a drawback for longer stays. Pool and spa water seemed a little murky.

I was happy with the location of the hotel.

"The room was clean and had several upgraded appointments. I slept well because the bed and pillows were a high step above the average hotel. The service, food and staff were great."

Clean, friendly, helpful. For energy savings - no fridge in room.

"Really we have no complaints about this hotel other than the one guy who worked front desk. It was nice that the hotel was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but it was a little difficult to find. We ended up circling around twice before we found it. We didn't make use of the pool, so we're not sure what that is like. However, we did eat at the restaurant in the hotel and it seemed understaffed for a Sunday morning and one lady was really rude. All of this aside, we would stay here again. "

Friendly staff, beautiful setting. Snooty attitude. Friendly staff, location heavenly treed with great water views. Location not near city center nor restaurants. Noise levels pretty high, not much insulation to dampen noise, however, I did not request another room.

Good location, pleasant grounds andfriendly staff. Outdoor pool/spa were closed until Memorial Day. Overall a fairly pleasant stay but the hotel needs a general face lift - hallways, stairwells, balconies, HVAC equipment were all in need of upgrades. The lobby, restaurant/bar & meeting rooms were all well appointed because of its proximity to state capital business but it is a facade as to the condition of the hotel as a whole.

Quiet and off the main highways. I like the setting in the forest like atmosphere. The electronic room keys were really cool, small and key like.
