Old hotel, not too clean, the Wireless Internet did not work(!!!). Thus, if you must have it - like I do - you have a problem. Very poor at the price-value ratio! The hotel has no free breakfast either.

Iwas able to leave my vehicleat hotel and take shuttle to airport. Iwas unable to use the computer in lobby because another guest was on for several hours. The staff was very friendly. The room was very nice and clean.A shuttle service to the airport made things much easier for me andI was permitted to leave my vehicle at the hotel for the length of my time away which meant no parking fees at the airport.

We attended a wedding in nearby Applegate. The rooms were very clean. The staff was very accomodating. The restaurant(in it's parking lot) has wonderful food. Many other restaurants within easy and short driving distance. The offcie had a map of surrounding areas. Yes,, the hotel is in a commercial area, also within walking distance of downtown. Unbelievable value for the money.

Room looked fine but had a nasty smell to it like pre-chewed spearmint gum. Possibly a chemical to cover something up. Full ashtray on ledge outside the (nonsmoking) room may have had something to do with it. I would have asked to be switched but it was very late when I checked in and the room was a long way from the front desk. (This place is huge.)

Good motel for overnight stays. A bit away from highway for travelers. Thanks to Orbitz for making quick adjustments to my reservation. (I made reservations for the wrong date.)

Each room has a balcony with chairs-very comfy. The carpet in the room had a strange texture and felt odd on my bare feet/ Pleasant rooms with fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Nice chair and ottoman. The linens were not high quality nor was the comforter (had holes in it). Our room was adjacent to the river and some water falls so there was nice audio that almost drowned out the I-5 overpass nearby.

Located in more of a commercial area. Restaurants and shops near by but hard to find your way around. Not a very friendly staff!~

This hotel was nice for the price. The staff was helpful. The hotel is situated very close to the freeway, so the noise level is louder in the morning. But the beds and pillows were very comfortable and the pool was nice.

It was close to our destination. It only had outdoor pools. The bathroom was very small. The furniture was beat up. This hotel met our needs. Clean comfortable beds. It is an older hotel but newly renovated with modern touches. The furniture was scratched and beat up. Our room seemed noisy due to the location right outside the pool area. Next time I would not stay ground level.

One of the larger motel rooms we have stayed in. You can tell it's been around for a while, and it's in an older part of town, but they did a nice job renovating. I do believe it was the most comfortable motel bed I have slept in ever! And we had 4 fluffy pillows on each qn size bed! Very clean and the rooms looked very much like the photos they display. We asked for a quiet room and we got one. The staff were all very pleasant. We would consider staying there again.

This was my first visit to this location and I enjoyed greatly. After a long day of work to come to the room and enjoy the wrap around balcony and beautiful view of Bear Creek and local Park. The desk and work area worked out great for me and the full dining table and chairs allowed me to spread out. We also ordered a late Dinner from room service and it was fantasic and very affordable. I took my husband with me on this trip since it was over the weekend and we enjoyed it so much we are planning to go back this summer for a vacation to spend more time.

Rooms were mostly refurbished and felt clean. Very old, outdated hotel, rooms were refurbished but carpet very old. Really liked the price but didn't like the neighborhood it was located, very outdated, but at least they did update the rooms pretty well. Don't feel very secure with doors being open directly to the outside. Would not consider this a hotel or a 3 star.

The first evening we were there, we had no water in our room. It seemed to have been working earlier in the day when we checked in, but it simply stopped working for some reason. So...no shower, no sink and no toilet. I called the front desk who indicated she would call someone. After returning from an evening out and dinner...approximately 4 hours later...nothing had changed. I went to the front desk personlly. They offered no apologies...simply gave us a different room which she claimed was an upgrade. (I think the bed was bigger) So, we re-packed everything and hauled it into a different room. Unfortunately, in that room, when the refigerator kicked on in the dead of night, it sounded like a freight train going through the room. We may simply have been unlucky...or maintenance is a little lax. This was the first time I stayed here so I have nothing to which to compare my stay.

Very comfortable beds! Thank you for a restful sleep. I loved everything except the very rude hotel clerk. The one and only reason I cannot rate a 10 for most questions is because of the poor way I was treated by the first person I encountered when I checked in. However, the clerk I spoke with upon checking out was friendly and very personable.

Centrally located. Needed relaxing chairs: was handicapped & only 1 desk chair. It was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there.

Good location. Very outdated rooms, uncomfortable beds. In serious need of an update and clearly did not live up the star-level expectations.
