Friendly staff, easy access, great location. The accommodations were great. The front desk staff was excellent. The young lady on duty the night we checked in recommended an excellent restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. She also gave us excellent recommendations regarding sightseeing and hiking around Glacier National Park. She took the guess work out of our limited trip time in the park. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend the hotel to family and friends.

My first impression was the crazy lady at the front desk. Strange and unprofessional. When we got to the room it was ok but, the bathtub was filthy and I had to clean it myself. Later we went downstairs looking for the ?lounge? which was supposed to be one of the amenities. (There is no lounge) And there was no one in what was supposed to be the restaurant. We had to go look elsewhere in town to eat. There isn?t anything there either. One restaurant close by and it was sub-par. We also tried to use the internet downstairs which was also a rip. It was slow and all you are doing is wasting your money trying to use it. After 2 days of this crap we decided to check out and go elsewhere. When I was checking out the guy at the front desk (after noticing we were checking out early) Got an attitude with me and mentioned their 24 notice, policy for checking out. Which I wasn?t aware of. Then he says I?ll let it slide this time (There won?t be a next time). There was no sorry you are checking out early is there something wrong and there was no thanks for staying here. Everyplace we went in town, gas station, drug store people in town were unfriendly. Must be something in the water. If you want to have a good time go to Whitefish. More hotels, motels, restaurants, shops. People are friendly.

It may not be 'downtown', but the new Kalispell is South, and West. Try some of the very accessible restaurants nearby...Skippers, Sizzler, & there is also a Chinese place, close by. It is really worth it to stay there, plus, in the summer they have a great pool. My husband and I went across the street to 'Fatboys'. It has what else you may want, without leaving that end of town. Good food, (pub food), music, and a lounge. The 'Black Angus' has a bar and casino, but is not what you may be looking for, in adult 'entertainment' ,nor good food. They DO, however have gaming machines.

All correspondance and ads claimed to have an indoor pool and outdoor pool. The outdoor pool is what we wanted with kids and 98 degrees outside. Never ever had an outdoor pool and would not do anything for us - Tact was an issue and did not want to discuss any reduction in rate. Power also was out because of storms which was out of their control but didn't make us feel any better.

Friendly place right in the center of town. No mini fridge.

Our group had a function all weekend & rooms for guests, 6 weeks later we're still trying to get an itemized bill for all charges on our credit card and a no show room they screwed up on. Very unprofessional. Continental breakfast was horrid. Groups, don't book here if you can avoid, very expensive for lousy service.

Convenient, friendly, helpful and pleasant. I liked everything about the hotel. This is a very nice upscale place to spend some leisure time with friends, family or by yourself. The location is the best in the area. It is close to shopping, to skiing, swimming and fishing. You name it. You have it.

"This hotel was nice and quiet. It had an easy location to find and was convenient to most restaurants. It was updated recently and had a 'lodge' type feel to it. Overall, I would recommend it and stay there again."

Location and amenities. No continental breakfast and poor dinning room hours.

Room stunk and had ants. Wasn't even provided another room. Go elsewhere.

Location was great for shopping at the mall. Pool and hot tub were very cold, very noisy, and no breakfast. Great location for shopping, 3 floors with an open court yard outside for visiting. Most of the rooms appear to be renovated.

Front desk was wonderfully accommodating with directions and forgotten item provisions.

Comfortable lobby with lots of room to sit and relax. A bit worn looking in areas: carpet, elevators, bathroom tub needed caulking.
Date of Stay:

Staff were very helpful. No restaurant. Location is very good, central to down town with plenty of shopping. Our room was modern and clean, and the hotel was very comfortable to stay at. I would recommend this hotel to other people.
