All I did was sleep, so not much more to add.

Staff found luggage carts. Light train noise. Hotel close to Interstate 70, Denver. Staff very efficient. Security guard on duty, responsive. Ice machine working. No closed signs seen. Parking great. Staff knowledge of, procedures good.

Flyer's on my windshield every morning left from people using meeting rooms @ night. Staff was not the friendleness of people.

We visited Colorado and were based out of Denver. Since we had a rental car, this hotel suited our needs just fine. The location was relatively central and parking was free. It was a short drive to downtown and 16th street mall and it was easy access to highways 70 and 270/36. We had an overall pleasant experience at the hotel.

Close to airport. It was a nice hotel, they were a bit busy for the time of noght when I checked in, but handled the last minute rush from stranded travelers very well. The staff was very friendly, fast and efficient.

Our stay was just ok, but several things needed changing or improvement. Construction work on our end of the building made for a very sloppy, uninviting appearance. Lots of noise also. Not happy about several access doors being blocked open, allowing entrance into the hotel by any outsider. Lacks security for hotel guests. Also, no complimentary continental breakfast. Bathrooms have no vent fan, windows stay fogged after a shower. Complimentary internet/business center was a nice plus. Overall, I cannot rate this hotel as anything more than just ok. Lots of room for improvement.

We were a little nervous, when Travel online contacted us and told me there was renovation going on. But the floor involved, 3rd, was completely out of use. We stayed on the 5th, had an awesome view, great bed, and WONDERFUL pillows! Seriously, I've paid four times as much, and didn't get any better than this! Staff was friendly, and ready to help. Even allowed us an early check-in since I wasn't feeling well when we landed. Super clean, and nicely appointed. Would have liked a hot tub and pool, but still, very satisfied. Very close to LOTS of restaurants. Try the Famous Dave's B-B-Q just up one block... yummy!

Shuttle bus to Double Tree hotel. Walking to the hotel at night seems not too safe.

I was attending an all-day class there and was really nervous about making rerservations there after reading all the bad reviews. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to see that I had stayed there a little over a year ago with my daughter & grandchildren. Both times I had a good experience with them! The only thing negative I could find is that they were definitely not prepared for those of us who stayed there for lunch. Breakfast service was great and the prices were reasonable! And, as far as the ""old"", they are in the process of renovating - give them a chance!

My wife and I were in Denver visiting our son for the first time since he moved there in February. We did a lot of traveling around the area and spent little time at the hotel. We did enjoy the pool on several occasions, it was absolutely wonderful!! One evening, we returned to discover that we had NO water. Staff said it would be fixed in 1.5 hours. We couldn't shower before dinner, another disappoint. We received an apology letter Hotel was a good value for the money, however, the train track that runs alongside the hotel was very disappointing. There were at least 1 - 3 trains every night, all times of the early morning, blasting the horn at every crossing....Very, very annoying!! Woke us up every time..

The price was good. Railroad next door, security not good. Lobby looks nice, staff friendly, other entrances looked shoddy, room OK but not as nice as expected, elevator not clean.

In my opinion, my worst night traveling. This road warrior says stay away. Unspeakable filth and dirt everywhere. They put me on a floor being renovated. Some floors were fine I understand. Put EVERYONE on those floors! Dirty plate at breakfast. No lights in hallways. Room dirty, couldn't take off shoes or clothes. Staff was nice, but couldn't help.

Everything we needed was right there. We really just needed a place to stay between camp sessions. It was close enough to the camp location to be convenient. Good location for food...there were lots of places relatively close.

The friendliness of the staff. No fan in bathroom, no lotion andno shower cap. The room was on the small side and nothing special.

It was great except for the room service tray that was not ours that was nasty and outside our room for the entire time we were there. Friday night to Sunday morning.

Clean and comfortable bed. Near the railroad. Good hotel with clean room and comfortable bed.

your description of the location being in denver was very deceiving. This hotel was located in the industrial part of denver. So you had to take shuttles to downtown denver, which the hotel shuttles go to two different hotels so that takes even longer. as for the hotel, the pool was dirty and we asked a couple times if they could skim it and they never did. Im not sure what ranking system you use, because this is NOT a three star hotel.
