It was great for the price. Not the cleanest but it was comfortable. If your do not disturb sign stays on past 10:30 you don't get service. You will have to call down for it. So be carefull of that. They were great to respond once service was requested. The pool area was wonderful for relaxing, getting some sun and playing in the pool. I wish the room would of had some hand lotion they had soap and shampoo and conditioner but no hand lotion. All in all I really enjoyed our stay and would go back again. Comparing this to other trips this place was really nice. Go while the prices are good. Not worth too much more.

Staff was friendly. There were no elevators and it was confusing to find our room. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. I was traveling with a U-haul and there was major road construction which made it difficult to get around and park. If I wouldn't have had such a big truck it would have been ok.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Right in the middle of town with plenty to do all around. The hotel was very clean, the staff was great, and the rooms were very well appointed. Also, they have a great little coffee shop attached to the hotel. It's nice not to have to leave to get your latte! I would definitely recommend this hotel to any and all travelers.

It had a restaurant/lounge. The restaurant wasn't open on Sunday. It's an old hotel with not much space. Our room was kind of musky smelling. The bathrooms seemed a little iffy as to whether they'd been cleaned well before us. It cost 2 dollars for a small bottle of water- which I was desperate for in the middle of the night with my infant. The beds were decent but overall we weren't completely satisfied.

Not a bad stay, but certainly nothing to get excited about. Convenient location for travelers. The hot tub was only tepid, and the most convenient entrance to the exercise room was kept locked. Prevalent tobacco smell.

Front end staff very friendly and accommodating. The hotel over all was very clean. We liked the idea that they all had small balconies over looking the pool courtyard area. Even though the main road was being torn up with major construction, access was easy. The construction had no impact on our stay as they put us at the back side of the facility away from the noise. We actually decided to stay at this facility again on our return leg of the trip. We go through Twin Falls twice a year, and we will repeat our stay again in September.

Location was interesting, near the snake river gorge. Receptionist was not terribly friendly; seemed to relate to my use of Priceline as a payment mechanism. Adequate for an overnight stay. Reasonably clean, no roaches, no rats, and overall OK for my purposes.

The room was very comfortable. The evening meal in the cocktail lounge was excellent. There is no coffee in the lobby, and no coffee maker in the rooms. Room service for coffee is $12.95 - not good. This is an excellent hotel for central Idaho. However, they need to install a coffee maker in the rooms, or have some in the lobby. There is a Moxie Java next door, but it has irregular hours. Other than the lack of coffee, which is important to my business, the hotel was just fine.

Very worn, not real clean, needs repair in a lot of area's. Sheet dingy gray and almost see through. Just out side our sliding glass door - A dirty BBQ, beer can's and trash. Very unsightly. When we complained they just blew us off.

Nice lobby, friendly staff. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. This is an old hotel/motel and it shows. Although the lobby area is fairly nice, the hallways, rooms, and parking area looks pretty bad. The room looked old and the bed and other furniture are quite worn.

Lived up to the Red Lion reputation for being clean, comfortable, and accommodating. I was satisfied with my stay. Thanks! Due to my type of business I require places to work and it helps to have WiFi of course. I was able to work comfortably in my room and had amenities close without having to travel to an eatery, lounge, or coffee house. I was taken care of, thanks!
