Decor, microwave, fridge. Had to pay for shuttle and parking. No free shuttle to Disneyland, but too far to walk. Hotel is updated,upscale and comfortable. Includes microwave and fridge. Too far to walk to Disneyland and no free shuttle. Have to pay for shuttle to Disneyland. Also have to pay for parking.

my family traveled to disneyland and was very impressed by the price and quality of the hotel. the room was very modern and clean, good size room. i have three kids and they also have connecting rooms which i used because my parents and family went so it was nice for the kids to go back and forth. beautiful pool with a fire pit outside and the gym was great. my husband used it every morning we were there. the computer room was also nice for my teenage brother to use. i was very pleased with the hotel, no complaints. i would stay there again. right next door to ihop. very good price. they also have lcd tvs which are nice also and bath and body works lotions and soap in the bathroom.

Our visit was for both business and leisure. (Family living nearby made it easy to go visit then return to our room and relax.) We travel with small Pet and our Pet was welcomed which is comforting as we only travel where we can take our pet who is a much loved member of our family. Good location for great food (Knotts Berry Farm, Ruth's Chris, Ect.) For those who like the hustle and bustle of AMUSEMENT PARKS , the attractions you can experience within a few miles will easily fill up a week with fun and memories!

Rooms were beautiful. The $50 deposit we had to make and the $14 for parking. Hotel was clean, well furnished, and beds were comfortable. We were told that the $50 deposit would be removed as a charge at checkout and four days later, I'm still trying to get the Red Lion Inn in Anaheim to remove the charge from my credit card.

While still undergoing remodeling, the newly rebranded Red Lion hotel is fantastic. The beds are comfortable. The furniture updated, the electronics state of the art. The mini refridgerater is a welcome touch if you are able to get to the stores for supplies. The location is within walking distance of both Disneyland as well as the convention center - if you don't mind long urban walks in hot weather There are a few downsides. The hotel is still remodeling. Elevator showed signs of construction usage. The gift shop was closed. The staff is still apparently adapting to being the higher end Red Lion after being a Raddison. (Needing a bandage after a shaving nick would not stop bleeding, I was told maybe one of the other shops might have one - good luck and it's just half a block down the street.) Ratings for the visit: Room Comfort: 10 Fixtures: 9 Staff : 5 Intangeables (Vending/convenience/): N/A

My stay in this hotel was certainly a great one! The staff there were friendly and they even allowed us to check in early after knowing that we had a really long flight. The concierge was really helpful in helping us to get directions around though they seem to only be there in the morning. The room was overall clean and throughout our 10 day stay there and the housekeeping ensured that the room cleanliness was up to standard. Oh, the beds and pillows were really comfy as well and it allowed us to have a good sleep. Location wise, the hotel is within a 10-15min walk from disneyland and there are a number of restaurants and convenience stores around as well. The only issues i had was 2 blown lightbulbs and noise from the hallway. Other than that, the hotel is certainly value for money and i will certainly head back there the next time i visit anaheim!

This recently remodeled hotel was an excellent value for a business meeting at the Anaheim Convention Center. It was within easy walking distance of the convention center and the headquarters hotels. The lobby and the rooms were very nice and modern looking. The free internet hookup; the very small microwave, the large flat screen HDTV. With so many restaurants nearby, I didn't eat at the hotel. Didn't try the pool either, but it looked inviting.

Stayed there for two days purly for my kid's disney trip. The room is very clean and comfortable. The only thing down is that there is no signal for the wireless internet in the sub tower. They should put a wireless router there as well.

What a bad hotel. They advertise wireless internet, but you can't get a decent signal unless you're in a small area of the bar; even the lobby had poor coverage. Many of us complained about it, but were told that they called their contractor and it was fixed, but only for a very little while. Three days of this now, with a "It's not my fault" attitude.My roon had an iron mark burned into the carpet, not a big deal, but tacky. Hot water? Well there was some, as long as you didn't turn on the cold water. Even so, with just the hot water on, it wasn't too hot to stand under, and it fluctuated to cool often.My co-worker arrived three days earlier. Over the weekend, they shutdown the water system to work on the hot water problem (before I arrived). When she returned to her room, the bathroom was flooded. She lived with the musty smell all week.Nice looking pool, but since it didn't open till 9am, I never did get to use it.Nice bar, and teh only location I could get a good Internet signal. My room had a "very low" signal.In all, good location, but I'd pay a bit more and get a hotel where they actually deliver what they promise.

Clean rooms, very nice job on the remodel, friendly. No lounge in the hotel, had to walk across the street to Sheraton to get a drink. Nice hotel but the last PricelineI did was better,I felt we got a higher quality hotel for the price. It was a nice stay at this hotel butI would rank it slightly as moderate not upscale.

parking cost 10/day. hotel from outside looks outdated. I was decieved my the pics online. TV kept getting static - very annoying. coffee machine made horrible coffee and no cream packets were provided - just sugar. hotel room service menu not kid friendly. nothing for them to eat on the menu. window curtains were dirty. shuttle cost money. breakfast buffet was not very good either. staff was friendly but not too knowledgeable. taking showers was horrible. took nearly 5 minutes for the water to get hot. only stayed hot for one person to shower! next person had to have a semi cold bath! hotel some potential but still a long way to go.

Convinent location to everywhere. Spent time with family. Hotel was clean, plenty of towels, exercise room was great. Only issue was personel to check-in was extremely slow & took about a half hour to process the two folks ahead of us.

Helpful, friendly staff and the decoration of the rooms was over my expectations. Some dust in the corners of the room as if the vacuum cleaner has not reached there for a while. Did not enjoy the restaurant, just not my type. I would recommend it to anyone going to Anaheim,Ca.
