Nothing to brag about here. The sleeping area was separate but had only a double bed. The 'couch' was imitation. We did not use the cooking facilities in the room but these appeared to be adequate.

Good location for my needs. The decor was a little outdated and not as clean.

You get what you pay for. Wallpaper was peeling, bathroom was marginal at best, bathroom fixtures were old and stained with lime deposits, the "new" memory foam mattress was a piece of five inch thick foam laid on top of a dirty queen mattress and box spring. Upholstered chair in the room was stained and was plain dirty. I've stayed in cheaper places that were five times cleaner and more appealing.

This is the second time we have stayed at this motel while attending the NAIA national wrestling tournament. It is a great value for the money! We stay in a lot of motels following sports and unless you need a pool or spa with heated towels you will save money here without sacrificing clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff.While a bit out of town, it's excellent access to the interstate actually made a quicker commute to Sioux City. We have found that staying right in the city actually has added to travel time because of having to use congested streets.I have no reservations about recommending this motel. If you are caught up with name recognition and prestige keep looking somewhere else. But, if you want a clean room, comfortable beds and friendly staff for a great value look here.

Very quiet rooms, as good or better than 2 star hotel we stayed at last time. Hotel rooms are older, could use some new paint, trim, carpets, etc. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We couldn't hear anyone in the rooms around us, the location was very quiet. The room was spacious and clean with an in room fridge and microwave. The bed was extremely comfortable with a memory foam mattress pad on it. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean place, quiet and good for family. Pleasant staff, good coffee. Would stay here again. Management seems to care and keep people happy.

There was heat in the room. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. The place was overall dirty in appearance, rooms needed painting and the bath tubs needed caulking. The sheets were tan and very rough, less than 200 thread count. The bed was uncomfortable and pillows very flat and bumpy. The continental breakfast was a joke, bread with a toaster and cereal.

Guys.............................. Check this one out. Diamond in the rough. Better than any moderate motels. Best 24hr. coffee, Cont. Breakfast. Even toilet seats are foam cushioned. Maanhhh.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable! Nice features: microwave, refrigerator, electric recliner, memory foam mattress, TV, lobby internet, pool table, breakfast. Clean! Friendly service. Had a new commercial coffeemaker. (Only drank it in the morning, and it was fine). Great facility for the price.

Free Wireless internet. I had trouble with my connection and they were very helpful in getting it up and running. Breakfast was good. Bed was pretty comfortable. There isn't much nearby -the closest walmart was 30 minutes away, but the price was right and the service was excellent.

Conveniently located. No coffee maker in room. This hotel meets basic needs other than no coffee maker in room. I enjoy a cup of coffee as I am preparing for the day. There is 24 hour coffee in the lobby however, it tasted like 24 hour old coffee.
