our first time stayed at Red Carpet Inn & Suites Fallsway, Niagara Falls CA was very comfortable, the room very clean no stuffy smell, clean bedspread and sheets, bath towers, ect.... The best thing was the hotel is very friendly for the physically challenged, the person on crutches or in wheelchair, to get in and out of the room was very easy and the parking space is right at the door. Overall much better than some of the upper scale hotel we used to stay. Definitely we'll stay at this hotel again.

I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Everything but location. The front desk staff were rude, the housekeeping staff literally pushed around a grocery cart filled with towels and cleaning supplies and didn't speak any English. There was no phone in the room! They advertised free local calls, I just didn't realize you would have to walk around the block to the front desk to take advantage of that. When we arrived there was no power in the main part of the hotel.

The motel (which we thought was a hotel based on the description) got us through our stay but we will not be back. The rooms had a few cleanliness issues in the bathroom, as well as peeling paint in places. Service was fine, they only left towels on the bed for the second night and did not clean the room.

Close to the falls and restaurants. I liked the location and close to the falls and restaurant.

I traveled with my daughter for a last summer weekend and we had a great time. The hotel was fine nothing fancy just basic accomodations which was fine because we didnt spend much time there anyway. I checked the bed sheets and they were very clean. I then checked the tub and toilet also very clean. After that I was able to breath easy. I will say they could use some updating but it definitly served its purpose for a little less than half the price of other hotels. Check in was great I arrived at 11:00 and was just wanting to get a parking pass but was able to check in then yeahh! So I was happy with my visit to Canada and the hotel would stay there again.

Room was clean. Easy to locate andnice clerk. Easy to locate. Hotel was off from a main road, so it was pretty quiet. Room was clean, bathroom was clean, very thing clean and tidy. No complains from me. Close to Niagara Falls and attractions. Will be back next month and will book this same hotel next month. Thanks Priceline.

The outdoor pool was not heated, very cold. Room was not the cleanest, but I am sure it could have been much worse. No fridge or microwave in room as adverstised. Hindsight says I should have sprang the extra cash and stayed in a more known hotel.

It's fairly close to attractions. The room was clean. This is a fairly rundown property. Ice machine didn't work, the door to first room we were shown didn't lock. It's definitely a one star hotel. The room is clean, but quite dumpy. The mattress wasn't much to speak of, but I suppose if you're going to Niagara Falls and you're going to worry about the thread count on the sheets in your hotel room, you've got a bigger problem. It worked out for us. The immediate neighborhood of this hotel looks a bit dicey, but it's three blocks to Clifton Hill.

The Red Carpet Inn & Suites Hotel was a cheap place to stay. It wasn't bad for what we paid. It's in walking distance of Clifton Hill. The staff was friendly. It was the bare essentials for a low cost considering we only needed a place to sleep.

Cheap hotel, quite well located for that price. Would need some painting. Good price for the location.

This was my first stay at this hotel. There was an infestation of flies in our room, it smelled of urine, and the carpets had dead bugs all over it. I would not reccomend anyone stay at this hotel. I did not even want to sleep in the so called bed. Also, it smelled so bad and was extremely small. Would not recommend to anyone. Pay the extra money and stay at a clean and smell free hotel.

Very good location, walked to attractions. Very uncomfortable beds.

We thought for the amount i paid the room was going to be just ok.Upon arrival at the hotel there were many cars parked and i thought to my-self this just my be a good hotel. The minute we entered the Lobby area we were greeted very nicely and with a smile. From that moment on it was just fantastic. The rooms were huge and very clean to my suprise. All the staff was faboulus and very helpful. And for the price you cant beat it.We are alredy planning another visit to the hotel.

Price. Steps, wobbly banister, dirt clumps in pool and unattractive rooms. We didn't expect very much knowing that a one star would be very basic, but this hotel was below a star at all.

We stayed two day there and no of the day they came to do the room service and not gave the clean towel. We have to go and ask for the towel in the morning. I do not recommind this hotel after spending so much money.

Inexpensive. No remote for the TV - office wouldn't give us a replacement. This motel is pretty much the bottom of the barrel, but it's clean.

For the price, this hotel is well located and comfortable.

Location to main strip and old casino. We were awaken to the sound of mice in the room. Extremely poor quality rooms, very outdated interior and bathrooms. Poor carpet conditions and damp smell in rooms. We were woken up in the morning to the sound of mice in our room. We left immediately, unhappy.

There were no light bulbs in the light fixtures. We were charged over $100 more than we were supposed to be charged - I have yet to resolve this issue. I keep getting the run around on who I need to speak with to clear this up.
Date of Stay:

Not bad for the price. Not the most clean.
