For a budget price hotel this is: you get what you pay for. The hotel is older and things may be starting to fall apart a little. The towel rack in the bathroom was loose from the wall at the top and the carpet had a couple of patches. Other then the small maintenance problems though the room was clean with fresh towels and linens. The biggest disappointment to this hotel is that we were told it was within walking distance to the falls, in reality it was closer to 5 miles away, definitely not walking distance.

Hotel staff is good, but hotel is so so. The only good thing is cheap rate. Shower didn't worked properly. But bed and room is clean. TV is horrible. Internet is also fine. FinallyI can say it is an average hotel for staying. If the stay is for only one night then go for it.

We were just looking for a cheap place on US side near the falls and this was it. Not too clean, TV about 30 years old and normally we wouldn't stay there. But we just needed a room to sleep in for 2 nights, nothing more. In and out. It got the job done, but don't expect anything more.

Room was unclean with leaves on the floor and mold stink throughout.

Bathroom wash basin was leaking. No Swimming pool. We had bad experience at the hotel.Bathroom wash basin was leaking. When we complained, it seemed to be a known problem to the staff and they just asked us to place a bucket below the wash basin.Blanket was not soft.AC was noisy. There was no swimming pool. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I dont even know why they call it the red carpet inn, the carpet is brown with all the stains..You get even less then what you paid for here...you need to take a plane to get to clifton hill from here and the tv in the room is black and white and was made before the first world war. Some numbers on the remote control were missing and there were no batteries in the remote..the shapoos were from other hotel chains and were empty..the room stunk and the air conditioning/heater was broken..this is the worst hotel and i wouldnt stay here again! EVER!

Close to the falls, clean, big, comfortable, enough parking.

Good location (a short drive to Niagara Falls). Ok for a nite's stay. Wouldn't consider to stay there more than a nite.

Nice manager/owner. Scuzzy, low-level establishment. Good at the price but don't expect anything. If I were a single woman I might feel intimidated by the surroundings, the dark parking lot and entrances to the rooms and the flimsy-looking lock on the door. It is a very basic property next to the Interstate and 10 minutes from the Casino, so it serves its purpose.

This hotel needs a major overhaul and it needs it pretty bad. I had two rooms and both for pretty old and dingy. Positive part is that the hotel is on Niagara Falls Blvd, about 5-8 mins from the Falls. Management is good and friendly. Great Location. Its cheap but they can do much better. Free Wireless Internet. You can walk to Burger King and a great Mexican place

Not expensive, great location, clean, and friendly staff. Rooms are small. Overall a nice place to visit for travelers on a budget.

Very poor service. The rooms very kept untidy. It was very congested. No space to move.

It was closed to Niagara Falls State Park. I had to purchased sheets to sleep in the bed. If you need a place to rest your head for a night, then that's the place, but not for a family trip. The Room was not clean and had to purchase my own sheets and spray Lysol/Disinfectant.

It is really painful experience we have added in our travel history at a World famous place like Niagara Falls. It is one of the bad memories for my family in this trip staying in dirty hotel like Red Carpet.

You get what you pay for. When I first open the room, a strong smell of humidity hit my nostrils. I guess rooms need to be left open now and then for air to circulate. About the room itself, it was a little bit small with enough space between the bed, the walls, and the dresser with a TV and a small refrigerator. Also, there was a small space reserved for a rack to hang your belongings. There were about ten hangers. There was plenty of parking and it was kept cleaned. To say the least, I spent 2 1/2 days there and I never saw a piece of paper or any other trash on the floor. As far as customer service goes, the front desk person was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the area. I was looking for an affordable place to sleep and shower and as close as possible to Niagara Falls. And I found it!! To the hotel staff, I give them an A for trying. Look!! There are better hotels than The Red Carpet Inn but not at this price. I had a great time and that's what matters. And of course, I will recommend you to some of my rich friends who will be happy to save some money to spend in their vacations.

Worst front desk personnel ever. Does not know how to talk to or treat guests. Worst front-desk personnel! A front desk personnel was not friendly. Instead was so bad, that we had to go and stay with our friends in their hotel. Worst experience ever.

the room was dirty, old sheets and dusty curtains.the bathroom flooded from a leak in the toilet,no one did anything about it except cleaning the mess.the bathroom was a total disaster.it ruined our vacation.
