Under duress of a policy that states cancellation must be at least 24 hrs in advance,, I paid for one night at this dump. It is uninhabitable and I checked into another place nearby that is not only clean, but $25 less than my confirmed reservation. It was half of what they wanted to charge me for Saturday. Despite a confirmed reservation, price of $62.99 per night, I was charged $69.99 for a Friday night because I did not have a Red Carpet club pass- I signed onto this hotel rate with either AARP or AAA to get the discount rated. The rude woman at the front desk refused to honor that. Secondly, I was told that the confirmed rate of $62.99 would not be honored for Saturday as "rates are higher on Saturdays". They wanted $99 for that night. After checking in we went to the room. It was dirty and smelled badly, and as I said earlier, was uninhabitable. Needless to say, I am angry. The hotel failed to match the description on line, is unfit for human habitation and I am out close to $80 as a result of misleading advertisements. Needless to say, I cancelled my reservation there for the second night. Frankly, I WANT MY $$$ BACK.

as you walk in the hotel smells like smoke, on the way to the room noticed that there was alot of water damage to walls and ceiling, holes in ceiling as well. went into room it was disgusting, there was what seemed to be a blood stain on the pillow and the shower was looking like it was not cleaned in a month or too.

Easy access, good parking. Near by food services. Room was not made up the first day. Maid not available had to sleep in unoccupied bed.

Absolutely nothing. Absolutely nothing. It basically was just a place to sleep. No outside entrances. Door to enter hallway was not secure (open). Mattresses were plastic topped very soft and uncomfortable. No fitted sheets on bed at all. Sheets were all over bed the next morning.

It was cheap and close to the airport. The room was dingy and the bathroom covered in mildew (tiles falling off). This is a good hotel if you just need a place to sleep for the night and are not looking for any amenities. It is close to the mall and airport in Rochester and a short drive from downtown.

Staff was friendly-appologetic about dirty room. Dirty linen in dresser and could not use hotel printer for map home. Although we had a non smoking room, there were many cigarette burns in the bedding-safety lock on outside door didn't work, some of the rooms had non-working locks on the doors, there was a very limited continental breakfast and no place to sit and eat in the public area-we will not be returning.

Clean and comfortable. Had smoking rooms in hallway with non-smoking and could smell the smoke. Easy to find off of route 390. Easy access to shopping and RIT. Clean room. Beds were comfortable.
