This was the only nigthmare in my entire life it was horrible , the room was very dirty and eveything old and smells bad, thanks GOD It was only one night Il never go back there. And very expensive I paid $55.00

Location. Bathroom might have needed some work done to it. It was an ideal place to stay the night before leaving for a cruise. It was very close to the port/pier.

As soon as I pulled up all I saw was a big tarp on the roof of the lounge, which also looked like it was falling apart. I went to my room with my luggage in hand expecting to stay in a decent room, as soon as I walked in I thought I was in the middle of the ghetto, there was trash in the room, the bed sheets had hair on it .. the toilet had a ring around it, and the tub was dirty! It was so repulsive that my mom went to speak to the manager and they had us try a room that was 2 doors down .. SAME THING!! We just picked up and went to a reputable hotel for 30 more per night but it was WAY better! The best part was that the manager didn't want to give us a refund, although we had not even stayed in the room!! After pretty much flipping out on him and showing my other hotel receipt they finally gave my money back! I was there to spend time with my husband and I had the worst trip of my life! Not to mention the housekeeper went to "clean" the room and she pretty much straightened out the bed sheet and said it was clean, UGH!

The motel had no hot H2O and no restaurant. Reception clerks were helpful in getting another booking but nothing else is worthy of note.

Our room was okay. I set my expectation low so there were no major surprises. We had 2-double beds and they were clean. Carpet needed to be shampoo. The only ice machine was at the front desk. If you stayed towards the back of the property, that's a bit of hike. They were in the midst of remodeling/constructing so expect construction noises after 9:00am. Exteriors - walkway, stairway, etc. need to be cleaned/maintenance.

Close to the convention center less then 10 minutes by car. The room was old and not very clean. The AC was extremely noisy.

Location wasnt bad but went through rough neighberhood to get there. Had little diner near lobby that had ok food. Nothing in walking distance. Hot water didnt work for an hour. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Free shuttle was on time and quick to pick us up. Not bad for a nights rest but not a vacation spot.

It had a good location to the highway. It was missing a few items from room, could use fixing up. It was an nice and quiet space for a decent amount of money. It was missing items from the room, the TV's did not come in very clear, it seems like it needed some maintenance.

I had never stayed at the Red Roof Inn before, and this one set the mark for what to expect. It was a place to sleep.Very affordable, but you can't be picky. If u are sensitive to wobbly toilets, and unsightly bedding, then you're better off not booking here.

Shuttle service and fax line service. Room was a bit rundown. Staff and shuttle service was great. Pick up at hotel, staff was very kind and helpful and price was right for a pre cruise and after cruise rest stop, nothing fancy that added to the price, yet met my needs rather than flying in and rushing off to catch the cruise and timely every hour run to airport and port - very nice.

We needed a place near to our point of interest which this was; however, upon arrival we met a front desk staff whose only response to our needs was "No". the bottomline was that if you booked thru any of the travel sites such Orbitz.. you will have no access to additional services such, as refrigerators or microwaves. If you drove into town and plan to go on a cruise-don't expect to leave your car on site even if you plan to return to this hotel. The rooms are clean, but bare and only place to get ice onsite is in the lobby. We found that this hotel to be very unaccommodating and would spend a few more dollars and stay at a better facility.
