The last hotel we visited in that area was ok. Same ammeneties but everything didn't work. But with this hotel all the lamps worked! Nice size room and bathroom.

Liked the orange juice and sausage biscuits. Funny order. On the whole the hotel was excellent.

My husband and I decided to get away for a night at the last minute. We drove to Biloxi and took a last minute Hotel there. We called online and were able to get a room at the Red Carpet Inn. It was perfect. The price was reasonable and the desk clerk was very informative. We felt safe and the location was close to ALL of the casinos. The room was clean and new. Will definately stay there again.

First off they didnt have my reservation, I showed my paperwork and they still couldnt find my confirmation which was booked and paid for a week in advance. It took the clerk an hour to rebuild a reservation because in his words" I am not reall good on computers". Finally got checked in and was amazed at the room. The toilet paper holder was duct taped to the wall, the curtains were the same. The air didnt work right and staff memebers were actually seen laying on the floor in the hallways talking on their cellphones. Half of the outlets in the room didnt work either. I would never, ever stay at the Red Carpet Inn in Ocean Springs MS again.

On a positvie note, the room we had was very spacious with fridge,microwave, and king bed. When we arrived at approximately 2:00 pm, however, the room was not ready. We were told there was one housekeeping person for all 60 rooms that day, a Saturday. No problem for us, we left, came back about an hour later and had to wait another 15 minutes. In the middle of the lobby was a mop bucket and mop which I thought very unattractive and unprofessional. The staff apologized repeatedly for the wait and the complimentary breakfast was nothing to brag about either. For the money, I guess we got what we paid for.

We had a great time while visiting my sister and family, and of course the casinos too. Location was great and easy to access the casinos and other areas. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Really nice and rooms were big too with all the modern conveniences, and the refrigerator was larger than the normal room refrigerator...

we scheduled our night stay for our trip to the coast. they gave me excellent rates and a conformation number. i called on our way because we realized it would be 7:00 before we arrived to see if the room was garenteed, feeling sure it was since they had our charge card number.the lady said my reservation was in oct.. i told her the lady that i talked with said that i must cancel by the next day if we saw we wanted to cancell since i made it two days before we left. i said i knew we would need the room and she gave me a conformation number that they would not honor. since this was labor day weekend we had to drive two more hours to get a room. i plan to contact the better business bureau about this because in all my 50 years of traveling i had never had a motel not to honor their conformation number. if it had been made for oct they would not have told me i would have to cancell by the next day if we changed our minds. i strongly reccomend you not to consider this motel!!

sleeping location while visiting casinos. must have a vehicle to do anything from this hotel. hotel very clean and comfortable - just not as convenient as staying on the beach nearer the casinos

This hotel looked to be very nice, but there was barely anyone else staying. The people that were staying were very sketchy. I dealt with a number of mess ups, including not even being able to enter into one room. The room I did recieve, which was non smoking had cigarette burn holes throughout the comforter, and stained pillow cases from smoke. There were too many complications with this hotel, none like I've ever experienced before. I highly do not recommend it to people who are vacationing. Vacations shouldn't involve mishaps like those listed above.

It was overall very good. The hotel charged me twice. I was charged again when i arrived at the hotel! The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly. The hotel was nice and quite. It was in a quite location.

It was clean. Can't think of any thing. The hotel was very clean, the continental breakfast was very nice & well stocked with various things. Liked all rooms were on the inside of the hotel, felt safer. Thanks.
