I was in town on a business trip. The tubs are nasty they need to be replaced. The mildew build up is outrageous. The rooms smell bad, I was spraying body spray to kill the scent and it didnt work. When I walked up the receptionist didnt say hello, she wasn't smiling, first impression wasn't good at all.

The room was dirty, with dirty furniture, dirty bathroom, dirty microwave and bad linen and covers. Staff was okay but desk clerks were not very helpful when we tried to book another day, charged us more for the extra day, and someone from the staff had sticky fingers! Will not be returning to that ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!

Decent location. Too expensive. But it was Masters Week. The reason we were in Augusta.

The room was run down and had a strong overpowering smoke order. The sink vanity was severely out of plumb. Water barely came out of the faucet for either the cold or the hot water. The tissue dispenser was rusty and the cover fell out of the wall when tissues were removed. There were cigarette burns on the toilet and the bathtub. The water pressure in the shower was very good. The AC unit in one of our rooms worked the other had to be replaced.

The staff is AMAZING. They were very friendly and helpful. This, however, did not make up the rest. When I got there I could tell right away that I would be getting what I paid for. It was in a bad neighborhood and it looked generally run down. I brought my own sheets and towels and some cleaning supplies so I figured I could make it through okay. When I got to the room there was hair all over the bathtub and a used washcloth still in the shower. Again, I can clean myself. The kicker for me was when I went to pick up my husband, came back to the hotel and the police were in the middle of raiding a chain of 3 rooms.
