Iget a 3 in the morning and no body was in the hotel soI sleep in the car with my wife and the Sunday y stay just to take a shower bad customer service.

This place exceeded my expectations lovely rooms comfortable queen beds and WiFi in room amazing cleane heated pool which i spent time in after my meetings. recomened for anyone traveling for bussiness great service and they provided something to get you going in the mornining. And have booked my christmas family holiday there cuse its close to all parks.Value for money.

Beds were comfy and clean sheets. The manager lying at check in. The sheets were clean and beds were very comfortable! When checking in I asked the manager about the $3.00 charge per room and he said that those were the only charges for our rooms. I knew about the charge per room and was okay with that. I asked what they were for and he said because we had more then 2 people per room! I said you knew that when I checked in and you said that the only charges were the ones I was aware of. He said it was 1:30 in the morning I didn't want to waste your time! Never again will we stay there. The price was GREAT and the rooms were cleaner then any of us expected for the price but after him being so dishonest we will be staying at a Disney resort next year.

Easily accessible, good location, comfortable Queen-size beds. Ice machine on floor not working. Best part of hotel is every room has two queen beds which are pretty comfortable, so it's ideal if you're sharing the room with other adults.

Clean and neat. No phone book, clock orTV station listing. It was clean and neat and that's all we can say. Did'nt know what channels were available, no alarm clock, no phone book. Definitely needs to be updated.

Location not far from parks. The sevice was not good. We checked in late. Very inconvenient. The hotel staff was not friendly at all.

The location was very convenient to many area attractions, restaurants, and stores. The hotel is showing its age. It could use some new bathroom fixtures and things of that nature. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I was only staying in town for one night, and it was fine for a one or two night stay. The staff was very nice.

Very clean, very helpful and friendly people that were staying there as well. Good location! The heated pool wasn't heated when we used it; there wasn't a continental breakfast although they said there was. Overall the stay was good. The continental breakfast didn't really bother us as we wanted to go out to eat anyways. It was a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely stay there again.

How close it was to Disney Parks. Ice machine never worked,TV was old and dis-colored in corners of screen while watching and made mild beeping sounds. Hotel was ok, clean but mismatched decor. Staff was pleasant and helped me with directions I got lost. The ice machine charged you a quarter for each time you wanted ice, but it never worked. Overall it was quiet and the beds were very comfortable! Slept like a baby! I would go again for the price.

No internet and for the money with all the charges you can find one just as cheap if not cheaper in that area by driving up to a hotel/motel.

Nice clean place to crash. The strong smell of curry in the lobby. Not a bad place to crash for the price, if you are going to the kissimmee area to go through the theme parks,close to shopping,dinning,and the parks.
