We picked this hotel for its location and value. The location was great, but you get what you pay for. First thing I noticed was the commode was not even. Someone even went as far as to put folded up cardboard under it to fit it. Later I went to take a bath and noticed there were tiny little bugs in the bath tub. Their trail was coming from a small hole in the wall near the tub. We had already paid for two nights so we made the best out of it. The town is great and we will go back, just not to this hotel. There are many great places to eat in walking distance. Trust me you will not want to drive on the Parkway, walking is the way to go.

Great location right next to convention center and central location in downtown Gatlinburg. Room was large and roomy. Dissapointed with balcony view of a cinder block wall of building next door. bathroom could have been a little more updated. Toilet seat was broken (not connected to toilet) on one side. No ice to be found. Clean. Very functional for the amount of time were were in the room and the price. We were only in room to shower and sleep. O.K. if you don't plan on spending all your time in your hotel room.
