it is located very close to the train station about a 10min walk in a straight line! breakfast included the dinning area is too cute everyone is nice there they have internet for 1 euro which was hard to come by in my travels i got the dogs room i think had to duck a bulk head in the shower and was beside the laundry room so check the room before u decide beds were comfortable which seems to be a rarity in Italy even in the 4 stars i stayed in

Hard to find at first, turn left from the station and cross the road, go down the road with Bata at the end of it, and continue, when you go past a park the hotel is on the left, the name of the road changes, so it was difficult to find. For a three star hotel I thought the Rapallo Hotel Florence was pretty good. The bathroom was a wetroom, shower and very small, but for the price of the hotel acceptable. My only complaint was the carpets in the room were a bit gruby, didn't feel like walking barefoot. Everything else was very clean. It was about a 15 min walk (max) from the station and close to everything.

Excellent hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful clean rooms. Located on a main street which is a bit noisy at 5:00 AM with local delivery trucks.

rapporto qualità prezzo soddisfacente, colazione soddisfacente. bagno troppo piccolo ma funzionale. unico inconveniente che non accettano assegni come pagamento creandoci disagio. per il resto mi sento di consigliarlo.

We arrived by train in the dark and rain and a more detailed explanation of where to find you would have been helpful. (Example - exit the station into ..... road - proceed right and you will see the BATA shop - turn left into de Nazionale Street.Walk for ... blocks. Hotel is on your right. Perhaps a bus number to use would have been useful.

Rooms were large but had depressing cheap furnishings and filthy carpet. Rather a tawdry and disappointing experience. The outside street was also very busy and noisy in the evening and early morning. Not good value.

Front Desk Staff was EXCELLENT! Very helpful, responsive, willing to provide advice and suggestions. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of choices. Hot chocolate was WONDERFUL. Location is walkable from train station...but be prepared for curbs, and small sidewalks. Close enough to the attractions. Excellent value.

excelente relacion calidad precio. A 15 minutos del centro paseando por calles muy centricas. Muy buen trato. Altamente recomendable.

Would not stay at the Rapallo Hotel Florence again. The shower was the bathroom so everything got wet when you showered, toilet paper, sink, toilets. It was further from the train station than we thought it would be.

It is a nice hotel. Excelent relationship between price & quality. It is very near Santa Maria Novella Train Station. The breakfast is good and it is enough to endure up to afternoon. Rooms (double with bathroom) are very nice, very nice bathroom and bed. It is definetvely a good option. Staff is very, very friendly and they can talk you in Italian, Spanish, English or Portuguese! They will be willingful to help you on your stay at Firenze. Firenze's Duomo is about 10 minutes walking from hotel, though walking this city is a great experience.

It is a hotel that you recommend to your friends. You know they will not be disappointed. Be aware the hotel is located in a busy street. We got a room at the front for us there was to much noise. Upon request we got a more quiet room the next day. We had an excellent stay in Florence.
