The rooms were small and unclean The plumbing was not working properly

Ilike that a small refrigerator and microwave were supplied with the room. The room was ample sized, clean, overall a great room. We were provided with a small refrigerator and a microwave. Walking distance (we walked 2 blocks to claim jumper) to restaurants (next street over for Mexican.

The local dog park is only about .5 miles away which is why we stayed there. ALTHOUGH directly adjacent to the hotel there is no grass or anywhere good to walk a pet. Although newly decorated, this place seemed run down, especially in the bathrooms and elevators.

Room was clean, liked the frig. and microwave in the room. Bed was comfortable.

Very well maintained older facility. Professional staff. Short toilet. Pool, hot tub and exercise room. Very clean, well maintained older facility. Our bed was comfortable and rooms away from the pool are very quiet on holiday weekends, plenty of close parking on site. One block to bus stop.

They advertise free Wi Fi, but the log on info inthe room was wrong, when I told the front desk they didn't seem all that supirsed. The rooms were about as good as a Motel 6, nothing to really write home about. I would stay here again as its right in the middle of Tuscon, and the price was right.

Good breakfast every morning. No internet connection in my room. Overall, a good experience. Spent 10 days here. Staff were helpful but not intrusive. Nice location. Would return in the future.

Great value for the traveler on a budget. We really enjoyed our stay the location was good in spite of the fact that the 1-10 freeway was under major renovation. I would stay at the RPH again. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The whole hotel had a very funny smell. The walls were cracked and the carpeting had stains all over it. We were not very comfortable with the accomodations.

The breakfast was great and the rooms were big with a wonderful view from the top floor. Nothing. Hotel Clarion is a real value with a great location and includes refrigerator, iron and ironing board, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer, twin queen size beds, a fantastic view through it's double wide windows with beautiful curtains and carpet and bedspreads. Has cable TV with HBO. Excellent value for the money. It is a little difficult to negotiate as there are different building within the property.

We stayed in a king bed suite. However, the room was far from clean. There was hair sticking to the bathroom walls and in the tub. There was layers of dust on the phone cord, shelving and top of the frig. The light switches were all dirty and there was dirt in the corners of the rooms. There is a need for an update as well. The bathroom had pink tile, peach paint, chipping painted cabinets, faux green marble counter tops and faux gray marble shower walls. The kitchen was another thing altogether...

Traveled from NJ to Ca. Nice from the outside but once in our room we noticed dirty carpets,Paint flaking from the walls, broken shower head and torn shower curtain. Very noisy place. Staff seemed nice but management was unresponsive about a few of our complaints. NEVER USE ORBITZ for hotel plans. We had a few issues with this hotel but the hotel was unable to address our problems due to our using Orbitz for our reservation. Fortunately this was the only hotel we used Orbitz to make reservations with. Orbitz refused to work with us to resolve our issues.

Location and price. Noise level - majority of use appeared to be young military personnel. Overall, satisfactory for the price. Would not recommend as vacation stop, but certainly acceptable for travel or business stop.

We had to change hotels because therewas garbage in hallways, room doors were not secure, rooms smelled bad adn were uninhabitable

Excellent value, clean, friendly, hot cooked breakfast and social hour. No faults at all. Photo does not do room justice, up-to-date furnishings. Clean, friendly, free hot cooked breakfast, cheap social hour. Definitely recommend this hotel and would return.

"The hotel is a little old, but the location, the free hot breakfast, the nice pool area plus the fridge and coffee maker in the room make up for it."
Date of Stay:

Helpful staff, room was fine, air conditioning was average. Free breakfast was average - could have been better.Closest place to Randolph Park Tennis Courts which was important.
Date of Stay:

The price was good. The hotel just didn't look neat and it was very small for the 2 beds we had in the room. I wouldn't stay here again but, it served it's purpose of a bed to sleep so that we could check out and travel the next day rested.
