We very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel right in the heart of Chiang Mai's night life district. The rooms are comfortable, the service couldn't be more friendly and the small swimming pool out the back was welcome after a hot days sightseeing! The food was only so- so, but this wasn't a problem as there is a wonderful little British Pub called the Old Bell right next door that does great food. We guess its owned by the hotel. all in all a great stay and we'd recommend the hotel to anyone.

A lovely guesthouse in a great location near the markets and nightlife. Very friendly and helpful staff and a decent-sized room in N.Thai style - lots of wood and a huge bathroom! (ok, we had a suite, but well worth the extra cost). Try a massage in the spa after a day out....wunderbaa! Didn't eat at the hotel besides the breakfast, which was ok.

Very good location. Friendly staff and they speak fairly good English. Plenty of restaurants of various cuisines and plenty of Thai massage centres nearby. Worth staying there again.

On our 2nd stay, although we booked for a twin bedded room, they switched us to a King bedded room after getting our permission. The air condition in the room was defective, they repaired it but it was not working properly after a while. The next morning we asked for a fan to be installed in the room. Apart from this, we think the hotel is value for money. The staff are courteous and helpful
