There were no towels in the apartment. After complaining we got one towel. The size of the apartment was good. Very happy with the price.

Despite other reviews we found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Although not immaculate, for the money this hotel is superb. The location is ok, restaurants and supermarkets in close walking distance and as with Dubai to get to most things you would take a taxi anyway! The room had all the facilities you would want and was pretty clean - the swimming pool on the roof was impossible to swim in during the day as you goot burnt within 10 minutes (although that is Dubai!). For a cheap but clean and safe place to stay in Dubai I cannot recomend anything better!

It's an okay hotel, but next time i will prefer one more star. There was very loud and you colud hear everyting from the next room. Every day we had to ask for towels and toiletpaper and the kitchen equipment was missable. The pool was nice but it was dirty. The starff was helpfull and very nice.

We're a couple of Aussie retirees and stayed in Dubai to break the trip to Rome. The night's sleep allowed us to arrive without jet lag. Great location in town close to 2 Shopping malls and alongside a 24 hour supermarket. The hotel is just across the road from a mosque so you hear the calls to prayer at dawn and dusk plus in between very clearly, which is good for the faithful but a challenge for a tired traveller sleeping in. The room was great but the water pressure was low, hard to get a reasonable shower. Great price though, but we paid more and stayed elswhere on our return.

The service is excellent, staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great with many conveniences nearby and it's relatively easy to get to other places. The facilities within the apartments are good, overall the hotel has other facilities for the guests to use. Cleanliness was generally fine, though it could be a little better- especially with the bedsheets!

The bathroom floor does not drain properly. Other than that, the hotel is reasonable.
