The hotel is located in the heart of Muscat a mere 20 km away from the Seeb International Airport and in close proximity to the shopping mall and the much sought after Qurum Beach. We operate a Far East seafood restaurant; an Indian specialty restaurant and an American themed dine and dance restaurant called Rock Bottom Cafe. The hotel has a 24 hours coffee shop and room service where international cuisine is served. There is also an Arabic night club; Bollywood Cafe; Indian night club and a sports bar called Goodfellas. Additional information; Children age 10 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children over this age will be considered an adult. The hotel reserves the right without prior notification to cancel any reservation with an invalid or incomplete credit card number.

Good value for Muscat . Room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was pretty comprehensive and very nice that it was included in room rate. On-site Indian restaurant very good. Swimming pool / gym a bit small and pointless. Think of it as a good value 3+ star hotel, rather than a 4* and you won't be disappointed.

Air conditionning is much too cold. Even when you stop it in your room, cold is coming from elsewhere. There is no hot water, only tepid water at the "hot" tap at certain times, and at the "cold" tap at other times !! (no result after indicating that a couple of times to the reception during our stay). Breakfast is not at int'l standards; I don't need a rich breakfast, only a correct one. There is not internet connexion in the room. Easy parking in front of the hotel.

This is a slightly tired 4 star hotel which is probably nearer a 3 star. However, the rooms are clean and comfortable and have almost everything you could want (no coffee, no mini-bar) the bathrooms are modern and hygienic, the food is not haute cuisine, but it is robust and plentiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is good. There is a nice bar/restaurant on the ground floor. Yes, the Crowne Plaza is also 4 star and has better facilities, but it is more than double the price! Given the very high cost of hotels in Muscat, the Ramee delivers a fair product at a resonable price.

A reasonable hotel but a bit far out from Muscat. Desk staff very helpful. Very good breakfasts. Overall, good value for money.

The hotel is rather correct for the price in the high price enviroment of Muscat. Location is quiet, rooms are spatious and well equiped (double room even had a tea pot, while twin lacked it). Breakfast is fine, swimming pool works now from 9 am till 6 pm. Reception is very friendly and helpfull. Beach nearbuy with the tide is too shallow to enjoy in the morning and day time, while is OK in the evening (6 pm is dark already, so one swim is possible only).
