The room was very nice. The staff seemed confused. Once completed, the rooms will be very nice and extremely comfortable. However, when I arrived, the hotel was closed due to remodeling! They didn't have a clue that I had reserved a room in advance. I was somewhat dismayed at this as you can imagine. I was eventually placed in one of the new rooms.

When we walked in, the overwhelming smell of mold or mildew filled the air. It wasn't much better when we entered the room. The bed was fine, the room size was ok. Staff was rude on checkout (talking to a friend on the cellphone). I forgot a shirt hanging over the shower curtain, but when I called later the same day they couldn't find it. I guess that's my own fault.Room doors are cheap and didn't close tightly, so all noise for other rooms and the hallway made it hard to sleep. I would recommend staying somewhere else.

The hotel was very easy to find, and the rooms were very clean and updated. Staff help give directions to were I was going. Staff called room shortly after we arrived to make sure everything was fine. Really thinking about making reservations for my trip in October. Very pleasant stay.

the hot tub was not busy. The staff was weird and creepy. The hotel didn't have running water until 7pm at night, due to some problem. The sink drain did not work, but I didn't want the staff to come into the room and fix--I was apprehensive about them--scary. They are doing construction and I think have ceased doing any repairs to the existing rooms. Also the iron didn't work.

The 3 star rating in my opinion was overstated. The room was ok however the carpet was not that clean, I cleaned the mold out of the shower. The entrance the front desk suggested I use had black ants and water in the hallway. The stairwell carpet was almost black with dirt. This entrance should not be used or cleaned before suggesting it's use. I used a cleaner entryway for the rest of the week. This was a business trip and probably won't return. If you clean these area's you might get repeats. What is being renovated so far is improvement.

Not much. It was very dated and under construction. It was not that clean. I would stay there after the construction was over. I would not go back until the construction is over. The restaurant's food was very poor.

Overall the hotel was good with good value. They advertised a free continental breakfast on their websit but no such luck. The food in the dining room was ordinary but the prices were too high for what you received. Not as good as iHop! They did have reasonable room service which is a plus but still ordinary food. However, having said that, the pool and areas associated with it were wonderful and the rooms very spacious, clean and comfortable and the pricing was good value. They also did very well on meeting our specifications.

I do not look at anything but the rating. When under construction it should have a bigger warning that there is no room service no pool no food. To me it was just plain not very truthful.

Though there is major remodeling going on, the new rooms are fantastic. The people there were extremely helpful and always friendly and polite.

The construction made this stay very difficult. The rooms were clean, but my room was near all the constuction, where the crew came in and out all day long and they stayed in the hotel too, knocking on doors in the middle of the night. The construction went on outside my room window. I think this would had been a much better stay if it wasn't for all the construction. I think it will be a good place to stay, but Right now; it's a mess. I wouldn't recommend this hotel until after the construction.

The Ramada Inn, given the massive construction project that was underway. The actual room had been renovated and was beautiful and comfortable, but there were few other amenities offered to even comment about. Phone system was down three days in advance of my stay so I worried about my accomodations when no one would answer the phone. Only got maid service once during the four-day stay, and workers felt compelled to yell their instructions down the hallways first thing every morning. Because of the construction, there was no gym, no pool, no jacuzzi, all of which we had looked forward to utilizing. The location was convenient to the highway and to relatives, and if the construction comes off as planned, the future looks bright for this facility.

This hotel was definitely dirty. The staff was really friendly, but the rooms were dirty, the pillows looked like couch pillows, the blankets were dirty so we asked for a new one, which was soiled as well. I didn't feel comfortable while we were there. They also had no contintental breakfast.

I'm sure this will be a nice hotel after the renovations are complete, but it was a mess when I was there. The restaurant was closed, the common areas were freezing. The room, however, was fine.
