Description:
The Ramada SeaTac Airport hotel is the newest hotel of the many that border SeaTac International Airport along International Boulevard in South Seattle. Not only is it the newest, it may be the closest hotel to SeaTac, as well. From the doorway of the Ramada, to 170th Street and onto the airport is literally a 3 minute drive. Our shuttle runs 24 hours every day (charges now apply), and parking at the hotel is free to hotel guests for the duration of their stay. For those travelers who wish to leave their vehicle with us while on their journey, Park N Fly is available to guests of the hotel upon checkin, based on availability for an additional ten dollars daily.
While we are well known for hosting air travelers, the Ramada SeaTac hotel is also a great choice for visitors who wish to explore the many attractions of the city of Seattle and the surrounding area. We are just minutes from Seattle's marvelous downtown and waterfront, Boeing Field and the Museum of Flight, and only 5 miles from the coastline of the Puget Sound. Visitors to Tukwila, Kent, Des Moines, Federal Way, Renton, and Burien find our location both convenient and inexpensive.
The Ramada SeaTac is a full-service hotel with the Outstanding Ginger Palace Restaurant onsite, indoor pool, elevators, conference facilities, guest laundry, and many other conveniences. All rooms have free wireless High Speed Internet Access, coffeemaker, hairdryer, satellite TV With 6 complimentary HBO Channels, and iron and ironing board. All bath areas have been recently updated with Moen Revolution Showerheads, Ramada Signature curved shower curtain rods, hookless safety shower curtains, and the new line of Ramada Citrus Ginger bath amenities. Upgraded rooms also have microwave, refrigerator and kitchenette, and Jacuzzi rooms and suites are also available at a slightly higher rate.
For all the convenience and luxury of a downtown hotel at a fraction of the price, come and experience the Ramada SeaTac Airport.

Date of Stay:
July, 2009
The stay was the worst I have had: the room was 90 degrees (air not on), the hall ways were very hot, the hand towel had 2 holes, there was 1 face cloth, killed 2 spiders, TV picture was snowing, bathroom floor & counter top were not clean. The out side temp was 90 degrees. Orbitz.com & [...] rated this place at 3 stars. I would rate it 1 star or less.

It was cleaned and near Sea Tac airport. The acoustics could be improved.

I recently stayed here on my 4th visit to Seattle and found the hotel to be very good. It was clean and the rooms inlcuding the bathroom were big in size. Another thing that was great was a bus stopped a few feet away from the hotel that took you right into the heart of Seattle. That saved alot on cab fare. The hotel had a Chinese restaurant and I have to admit that it was literally the BEST CHINESE FOOD I ever had. My friends and I ate there 3 times while staying at the hotel. The quality of the food was unbelievable for a restaurant located in an airport hotel. If you don't stay at this particular hotel I strongly advise you to visit the onsite restaurant called the Golden Palace.

We arrived to a less than helpful front desk staff. I had booked online and paid in full, but the young man wanted to charge me for the rooms - again. Finally found somene to straighten that out. The rooms were very run down. One of the comforters had a hole in it . The telephone useage directions usually displayed on the phone itself were missing in one room and the phone in the other room didn't work at all. It is a place to stay that is convenient for an early airline departure, but I definitely would not recommend it for any other type of stay.

I felt very mislead in the quality of the hotel. Both from the picture and the bio, I expected something much nicer. The room itself was clean enough but everything else felt dirty, even the area surrounding the hotel.

Friendly staff. Pool was cold. Overall our stay was wonderful and kudos to the staff, friendly and helpful!

the only bad things was that the walls are so thin that we could hear the neighbor snoring.

Hotel was clean, but not well maintained (disappointing for a Radisson Suites). Rooms were comfortable and amenities in room were nice. Restaurant was blend of Asian/Italian and was not very good.

My room was too close to the parking lot. Mechanics working on vehicle late. Pool water too cool.

Don't waste your money staying here. The room was dirty; trash was all over the hallways and in the parking lot. The housekeeping staff did a minimal job and we found dirty cleaning rags in the bathtub upon arrival. The heater in the room barely worked and it took over 24 hours (on high) to warm up the room. The lobby smelled like rotten fish and we were charged 6.90 to use their lobby computer to print off our boarding passes. The room's phone book was from 2001. Do yourself a huge favor and DON'T waste your money staying here.

The staff was friendly, but the airport shuttle only runs every half hour so when I arrived in the lobby I had to wait 20 minutes. But I was glad I had arrived early because the shuttle was so small that not everyone waiting got on and had to wait for the next one. The decor in the room was okay minus the cigarette burns on the chairs and bedspread. Dirty windows with the curtains hanging broken off the rod. Also, there was a safety issue with the bars on the windows. They were coming unscrewed from the wall and there was nothing to stop a small child from falling out the 3rd story window.

They say there is shuttle service, however, it is only at selected times. We waited 50 minutes at the airport out in the cold (34 degrees). We called and they said a shuttle would be right there. We called 20 minutes later, and were again told the shuttle should be there any minute. We called 15 minutes later and she paged the driver and we were told he should be there in 5 minutes. I called 10 minutes later and was told he was on his way. Five minutes later he finally got there. If they had stated the shuttle would pick us up at a set time, we could have waited in the warmth rather than in the cold. To top it off, we checked into the hotel and went to our room. The heat was off and the window was open, making it extremely cold. We will not be returning to this hotel.

Friendly helpful staffand great restaurant. Generally clean but could improve. We've stayed here before and always been treated very well friendly courteous staff and wonderful food vast improvement from the Tukwilla Ramada where staff are not helpful at all and generally uncooperative. Highly recommend the Seatac Ramada.

Noisy location. 5 minute drive to airport. Otherwise no frills and starting to get run down.
