The check-in went smooth until they started pushing the sales of tickets to local attractions. As we were taking our luggage into the room a maid on the second floor threw an arm load of dirty laundry, bedding down onto my wife on the first floor. Called the front desk, they said they would take care of it. What that was I have no idea. Found bugs in bathroom everyday. The iron had a short in the cord. The complinentary breakfast (which is in a separate building) did not include any meat, had to pay for that, found that a little strange. The location was great.

The free hot breakfast and free Wifi was great! People who live in Branson used the pool. I would stay here again. The free hot breakfast and free WiFi made it worth it.

Our family arrived on a Wed. evening and stayed through Sat. morning. We were very pleased to find this hotel which had a cheaper rate per night than other hotels in Branson. Upon check-in, the front desk clerk had our room keys and paperwork ready, all they needed was our signature, so no hassel at the front desk. We were then directed to the concierge desk to purchase any tickets that we needed, which came in handy getting the tickets early without having to worry about missing a show because it was sold out or having to make a trip across town to buy them at the box office. We were very impressed with the layout of the hotel and the amenities it offered. There was a playground onsite, as well as shuffleboard and basketball. The rooms were very clean and were kept clean our entire stay. Also, the breakfast was fantastic!! We were close to many attrations and the hotel is located on the strip.

stay here for a great price and lot of stuff to do more like a resort with rooms instead of condos very friendly staff

This hotel was advertised as a resort, but looked more like a dormitory. There was absolutely no resort feeling, except for the lobby. There was no grass to speak of and the building was plain and dull.

Staff was very friendly, eager to be helpful. The room was over sized, 2 queens and pullout love seat, perfect for myself, 2 daughters and 3 children. Decor was dated, but not an issue when we only needed somewhere to sleep comfortably with 3 small children. While the decor is dated, the hotel is clean, neat. Desk clerks were friendly and efficient, the concierge most helpful. He was able to tell me the name and location of a small cafe I remembered, and wanted to take my granddaughter to. The over sized room, 2 queens and a pull-out love seat, gave us all the space we needed with myself, two daughters and three little ones. There was a nice play area. Highly recommend for families on a budget. Free full breakfast buffet almost pays for the price of the room.

We had a nice stay. I would consider staying here again. The only problem was a baby sized urine stain on the comforter. Shower was wonderful. Great rate! Breakfast was a plus.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Branson. The customer service was awful. There was a homeless man that came off the street, stripped to his undies, and swam at the pool with my kids!!! The front desk did nothing. They messed up our hotel reservations 2 times!! Our room had bugs in the bathroom and smelled. I will never stay here again.

Staff was courteous, breakfast was plenty and a good variety, room had many bugs, the carpet seemed damp and there was no refrig.

Air conditioner worked well. Motel. I have used priceline many times for getting rooms and this was the first time thatI was disappointed. The room was old and not very clean. As soon asI got to my roomI received a phone call on my cell to try to sell me tickets to shows in the area. The motel must have informed someone thatI was in town.

1. Messed up the reservation. I was given regular rooms instead of the suites I had reserved. 2. The photos on line are VERY decieving!! 3. We had broken furniture knobs, TV remote, and a broken lamp. Also no Ash trays. We actually had two rooms( it was a family vacation). Both rooms had similiar problems. We all were VERY disappointed in the hotel itself, but the staff was friendly.

The location was great. Rooms were outdated but OK. Bathroom was to small and plaster peeling in bathroom. Very good breakfast.

Price and good breakfast. The room needs new paint and carpet, ceiling had a large blackened area. The room fit my needs and budget and had a great continental breakfast. My room was in great need of a makeover, however it did seem clean and had no odors. The parking lot needs to be re-lined as the existing lines were not visible at night and caused some confusion for parking.

The motel could be rated a high 3 only after remodeling is done. A person checks into a very nice, newly remodeled main lobby building, but the rooms are not very nice yet. I would rate them a 2 star.

From the lobby it looks like it would be nice for the price. The air conditioner was so loud it woke me up. I have never stayed anywhere that charges for meat on a continental breakfast. I won't stay there again.

The rooms smelled awful and the air conditioner did not work well. Also, the walkway right in front of the rooms was littered with cigarette butts that had been there for awhile.

Not much. When you said first floor I thought we would exit our vehicle and walk into our room. We had to go down stairs with no handrails and I am disabled. It was ok however. The first floor is down a stairwell with no handrails and I did not like that because I am disabled.

The website for this hotel is alittle missleading, but the actual rooms aren't to bad. This hotel is in a perfect location for everything and is very easy to find.My family and I would stay here time and time again.
