We were picked up at the airport fairly prompt. However we got to the hotel 20 minutes before 3 and our room wasn't ready. Our families rooms weren't ready either and a number of other people since there were groups waiting in the lobby for the magic 3PM. At 3 all crowds rushed the front desk to get to their rooms which overstressed the staff at the front desk and made a number of people frustrated. Room was clean except for the makeup on one of the sheets. The crib wasn't in our room when we arrived but when I asked at the front desk it was delivered within the hour. Sunday breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was reasonably priced and tasty. Other family spent time in the pool - we didn't have time, but it looked nice. Generally a nice stay except for the check-in process.

I stayed at the Ramada Plaze on February 1, 2008. I had a delightful visit. The hotel is large and absolutely beautiful. The Front Desk personnel were professional and polite and what a great restaurant they have! The food was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again!

Comfortable beds, good location/noisy AC, poor lighting in bathroom/no free continental breakfast, would not stay here again.

The restaurant was packed, but a little pricy for me and my sisters. They had a great jazz performance going on for everyone. The pool was a great place to relax and watch the kids play, and the tiki bar was excellent!!

This hotel is close to a shopping mall, just across the street, very convenient. Lots of parking space. Lobby is very big. Did not use the pool, but looks big and very attractive.

My wife and I stayed in Fargo for a weekend of school shopping with the kids. We stayed at the Ramada because it is conveniently across the street from the mall. We were very happy with our stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our kids LOVED the waterpark with the big slide and we really enjoyed the pool's tiki bar with the friendly bartender. The room was very clean and the beds were great. We will definitely go back.

It was a nice hotel. Good bathroom facilities, drain in shower worked well--many times those are horrible. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner--I am a stickler for hair on the floor. Very accommodating, friendly, and helpful staff. I liked the pool hours, closing to young children an hour early to give adults an hour alone in pool area--nice idea.

Fargo is not an oasis of good hotels. This is the best hotel in town from what I can tell. I recommend it for short and particularly for multi-night stays.

The food was excellent, but did not enjoy watching a maintenance man climbing a ladder to do who knows what in the middle of our lovely expensive dinner.

Clean, quiet, friendly and helpful staff, excellent location. High end restaurant with less than high end food. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Fargo.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The pool was closed for renovations and we were not informed of that. The kids were extremely disappointed that the pool was closed and we were unhappy that we had to wait so long to get into our room.

My husband and I traveled with our 20 year old daughter. We had a 2 room suite that was very comfortable, spacious and clean. We had a flat tire (nail in the sidewall) and staff were very helpful advising us where to get it replaced. The hot tub and exercise room were beneficial to me. The pool area was very pleasant and clean. The waterslide was being repaired and not useable for our 2 days there but doubt if we would have used it anyhow! We didn't try the on site restaurant.

This hotel did not meet my expectations. I usually stay at Country Inns/Suites by Carlson or Holiday Inns. I thought this property would exceed the standards of that type of hotels; however it was not up to their standards in terms of welcoming and accommodating staff except in the restaurant. The suite was a nice size, but again I expected something better than the other hotels - it felt like they spent lots of money on public areas and ran out in the suites and training staff.

This hotel is easy to find close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The lobby is very spacious and that spaciousness carries through to the room size. My wife and I were there with a child for medical treatment in town, but we will try hard to stay there for a romantic weekend if/when opportunity presents itself.

I enjoyed my stay there and would book there again if I was going to Fargo. Was a great room for the price? We had a very friendly person helping us when we checked in and the same service when checking out. I have no complaints about the hotel.
