the lobby looks good but once you get into the room its awful. there was an odor to the room. the towels and washclothes were dingy, ratted, and torn. the rooms need some updating. the pool was freezing. there was no plug for the bathtub and no hot water to take a bath. the restaurant burnt our food which in the end we got for free. the staff was okay. i will not stay there again. it was awful

The Holiday Inn was not clean, the clerk charged me for the room again after it had been booked with an online travel website and there was no milk or juice for breakfast, very poorly managed

Front desk was friendly and helpful. Toilet would not stop running - fixed it myself. The room and interior decor was about what we expected. The quality of breakfast food was below standard, besides the fact that the breakfast buffet was not replenished even at 8 am. Also, they charged $8.00 + tax each - for almost nothing. We have had better breakfast bars that were free.

Pros: comfortable bed, chair w/ottoman, Free wireless internet, office desk chair, bigger table than usual. Cons: stains on carpet, rooms are run down, sink didn't drain, floor not vacuumed in 5 day stay, basically dirty. Didn't make up room 1 day at all. Requested fresh towels from front desk-didn't get them. I would try another hotel next time.

Staff wasvery helpful. Unable to open any windows. Staff was quite helpful, paper at your door in the morning was nice along with a coffee brewer located in the room.

The rooms were very old and creepy, they smelled like smoke, and the noise in the mornings was unbearable if you wanted to sleep past 6:30am, no employee cared after we complained on Sat and Sun morning about the music in the pool area blasting early in the morning and the small children screaming till all hours of the evening. Not a very good choice for a getaway hotel"

Rooms average,not very clean, smelled smokey, the coffee pot only makes one cup at a time, kind of a hassell if more than one person is drinking coffee, pop machine was broken down,very dissapointed overall.

It was near the river, with pleasant walking path. The hotel was older but upgraded. Age showed in subtle ways, but except for dated floor to ceiling windows overlooking parking lots, it was pleasant. Comfortable beds, good pillows. Lots of marble in lobby and hallways. Didn't bother with the much recommended Italian restaurant Bosco's in Casper, it was mediocre.

Decor of my room. Food in restaurant was marginal. The room and interior decor was better than expected. This hotel has just under gone major renovation. Its a nice change. They didn't remove very much snow. The hotel is very comfortable.

The hotel was kept very clean, personnel was very polite and helpful. It was too far away from businesses and not on a main street. If I return to Casper, Wyoming I would certainly stay there again. With the swimming pool, hot tub and a pool table there were things to do. Also a nice walk along the river was relaxing. The staff was very nice. I would recommend this hotel to others. You can find your way around town and it was near some restaurants so that was nice too.
