The staff was the best part of the hotel. From front desk, lounge, and security. Rooms needed to be brought into the 21st century. Staff was excellent. Hotel needed serious upgrades.

This hotel needs an update. The bed was broken, pillows were all different, parking is impossible and valet's are not to be found when car is needed. Poor customer service.....a Ramada product will never be my choice again.

The staff tried since they need the business so much. Old, tired, bad area, heater was so load you couldn't sleep, no hangers in closet, everything about 1950's. Not above 2 star. Very old and outdated.

Staff location price. Parking, no cable TV. Great fro the price, very quiet, not renovated yet kept in good working order. Cable TV was not working.

The hotel was adequate but not up to Crowne Plaza standards. Much of the hotel is dated and in need of new carpet and a coat of paint. The lighting was poor, I honestly think it was deliberate to hide dirt and scuffs. It seemed under staffed (for the number of guests) but the staff was very polite and helpful.

Location to the interstate. Not many close eateries. Very nice accommodations and attractive rooms.

It was 50 dollars (plus tax, fees, etc.). Location, age of hotel with worn fixtures/finish, terrible parking garage. Overall this was a poor hotel with the exception of a friendly front desk attendant. All aspects of the hotel were worn and looked terrible, the plumbing did not drain well (pooling in the bathtub during a shower). It was not clean. The location was terrible with no significant surrounding dining options and across from a job temp agency with some homeless looking individuals hanging out across from the front of the hotel. The parking garage was a joke.

The price was right. Not enough business always makes you wonder why. Good size room with adequate cleanliness for the price.

It was in close proximity to where I needed to be. It was extremely outdated and none of the vending machines worked. Parking was awful an scary! My main concern with this hotel was safety. The parking deck was poorly lit and did not have an elevator. I would not recommend a female traveling alone stay here. The hotel amenities were extremely out of date. The towels in the room were not clean and had hair in them, that was not mine. I would not recommend staying here.

The staff at the front desk during the daytime was very pleasant. The security guard asked that I go to the front desk and ask them the questions since they are on Ramada's payroll. The service at the restaurant was poor. The food quality is good. The rooms have a lot to be desired. The sink drips, the air conditioner never cooled the room off. The bed sheets didn't fit the beds, they came off.

Location. Was charged for two rooms on two different cards. Overall poor communication from staff. I got there at 4:30 (check in was at 4) and the room was not ready. They ran my card and I went to go park and bring in my bags. After 15 more minutes we went in and the room was still not ready and a different hotel employee put me in a different room since my initial room was not ready and unaware my card had already been run. (I found out later they should've done this at check out) double.

The bed. The dirty bath tub and the used towels. The hotel needs to have a major refurbishing.

Free parking. Poor mattress. Aging beauty queen. Needs a facelift.

Public areas are pleasant. Nice pool and fitness facilities. Parking lot is crowded and difficult to navigate through; stairs to hotel level were filthy. Buffets are available i.e. three meals/day at a reasonable price; however, they were obviously understaffed the four days I was there and beverage service was either non-existent or very slow.

I do not have one. The rooms were run down and smelly. The A/C worked but was all busted up. The parking was very hard to find. I would not stay in this hotel again.

The dining was superb but pricey 9.00 for breakfast buffet. Room was not clean -bathroom mildewed and smelled stagnant. I feel that so much time was spent on the grand lobby and dinning leaving the actual rooms lacking. Definite need of remodeling room was not clean smelled old and stale. There was mildew stains in the shower, I expected more from a moderate hotel.

Friendly service, good view. No bathroom fan and the TV didn't work well. It's a nice hotel, but is getting some years on it. The bath rooms don't have fans and our TV kept getting interference from somewhere and the station would just go off. The rooms were nice and well furnished and clean. I would stay here again.

The room. Name change/make-shift, deserted atmosphere. It is in limbo -- skeleton staff; hard to find since we booked it under another Name.
Date of Stay:

The staff was friendly and warm. Did not feel secure in the hotel parking lot. The hotel is ok but given the sixty of Macon being deserted it is not in the best of locations. It is away from any restaurants should you want to leave the hotel and certainly not in an area where you would want to take a walk in the evening.
