We went there to check out the meeting rooms and services offered. I will use this place for our next event. The prices quoted were the lowest we have seen in a long time. They did everything in their power to make sure we had everything we could have wanted. They spoiled us! And it was all done before they found out we were interested in their meeting rooms. We spent most of the evening in the lounge area. Met really nice people. Great jokes too!! We ended our night in the pool. Loved it too! We were awakened to a tap at our door. We opened it and were greeted by a fresh smile, a newspaper and coffee. I guess you could tell them not to wake you but I can't see why anybody would want to start their day any other way. A great place with small town attitude. We loved it!

It was comfortable and staff was wonderful. There was nothing I disliked. The hotel was comfortable and the staff was great. I enjoyed the whirlpool.

Way overpriced for what you get. Was visiting for a Packer game. Late night/early morning noisey party people in the hallway, unable to sleep well.

The recreation area (pool, etc.) was much better than expected. I didn't like the one cup at a time coffee maker. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was a great hotel for the price I paid.

The staff was very friendly, each person (we had 4) had 2 fluffy pillows, GREAT hot breakfast included. However, the "waterpark" was really overrated - the air-temp was cool, the zero-depth pool went to 6in, the pool where the 2 waterslides dumped in was only for that, and the main pool started at 3ft and was so cold we couldn't stay in it more than 10min. -Mostly the kids played in the hot tub to keep warm. Probably fun for older kids, ours were 4 & 5, and didn't have a lot to do. The room could have been cleaner - stuff under the bed... Also, a "poolview" room is NOT a "poolside" room, and only has a small window overlooking the "waterpark" - it definately would have been better to have a regular window. I would stay here again, but would be a little smarter next time!

I was really worried when I read the reviews of this hotel on Priceline before I bid on this star-level, but I was completely and pleasantly surprised. It was lovely - no construction or areas not finished! Give this hotel a try - the renovations are complete and the staff are more than ready to welcome you!

Stayed in the hotel while i was in town on business. Immediatley as I walked through the front doors the staff made me feel welcome. Very knowledgable front desk, went above and beyond what i expect from a hotel. The restaurant was excellent. Very nice pool area, definitly somewhere that I would bring my family back to. My room was very clean, and the housekeeper for my room was very friendly and always smiling. Overall, with a beautiful lobby, fun water park, great dining, and outstanding service, this was one of my best hotel experiences ever. Thank You

The room was clean and up to my expectation. Not adequate. I would never stay at this hotel again. Sauna was not hot, nor was the whirlpool. I had to get maintenance to lock patio door and the hotel does not provide in-room coffee. When I went to get coffee in lobby, the thermos was empty and staff stated they only filled once then coffee had to be purchased in restaurant. Would never stay here again.

This hotel has it all! We stayed in a pool side room with 2 beds and it was perfect for the kids. I was able to relax in my room and watch my children in the pool area without having to deal with the humidity of the waterpark area. As for the food, Basie's had an amazing spread. Outstanding pizza, which of course was the kids favorite. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, no matter if it's for business or pleasure. We had an amazing vacation at the Ramada Plaza!

Convenience, friendly, competitive and location. Internet should be faster. Very well priced, excellent staff and manager, very friendly and helpful. Nice rooms with all the comforts and with internet available.

A pile of vomit outside the door should sum it up. We went for a birthday celebration for my son's 7th birthday, and didn't end up sleeping overnight, went home instead. Icky.

The pool. The smell of the garbage, the dirty carpet, the rude people. The hotel has seen better days. We were told our room was on the second floor and were giving the directions to get there. They had us walk all around the two buildings with two small children and luggage and up the stairs. The carpet was really stained bad and the hotel smelled like you were in a dumpster.

"The room (suite) was spacious, though the lack of hot water made the spa/hot tub pointless. The front desk personnel seemed unnecessarliy surly. Definitely overpriced even for a Packer game weekend."

Clean modern hotel in convenient location. Needs a real desk chair in room. Two light bulbs were burn out. Clean modern hotel in convenient location. Simple no frills rooms with good beds. Free wireless internet. Staff was not familiar with connection help.

You would think that paying $* a night for a hotel that the service and quality of room would be better than the budget hotels in the area. Not so.

Very clean and great location. No toothpaste when asked and no continental breakfast. Great hotel for the price, clean and friendly.

"Water slides not working. Pool like ice.Over chlorinated jacuzzi. Caused red, burning eyes and rash. Handicapped room in back of hotel and super small. Upgraded to suite. couch had dirty sheets and crumbs. Hair in the shower left over from who knows? Nats in the jacuzzi tub. Had to call two times to get new sheets and blankets. Brought them at midnight! By then we were all in the same bed! Never asked about my stay at check out. Highly disappointed in this Ramada hotel. Will never stay there again."

Bed was comfortable. Room smelled terrible very musty. They have not renovated in at least 30 years. Our room smelled very badly and everything was out of date.

Friendly, nice, quiet, clean. One day the hotel had a foul smell, it was gone by that night. I loved our stay, it was relaxing and convenient to other activities.
