It was an older hotel so it had some issues with wear and tear. The hotel was clean so we won't complain. Some things (carpet, bedding) we outdated and had some spots.

"It was very smelly, hot, the carpet in my room was worse than a public men's room. The cleaning staff is untrained. It was the dirtiest place I've seen in a while."

I didn't like how the room had a fancier title and costs more, but was simply the first completed phase of their renovations (new carpet, paint, nothing spectacular). It's not that the room wasn't clean (no dirt/dust), but other details were missed (towels not folded, missed pieces of trash left near trash can, a few dirty glasses weren't taken, and I thought that the iron/board would be put away, but they weren't either). I would stay here again, if I had to. I wouldn't choose to.

Conference Facilities, Restaurant. Filthy. Very old furnishings, broke-down bed. Rooms badly in need of updating. Filthy furniture and carpeting. Carpet stained and threadbare, bed actually concave is was so broken down. Musty/moldy smells - killer for those with allergies. Bathroom fixtures stained and cracked, leaky faucets.

"Shuttle forgot to pick me up, dinner order was forgotten and then when called to remind, it was the wrong order, woken up at 6:00 AM for they got the credit card situation wrong, dining room was closed on Sunday AND was not made aware on any of the documentation provided, Breakfast late and not cooked right, bathtub leaked into room below and told 'just not to use' it."

Pool and Hot Tub were Great! Nice Room Too! Tight Parking Spaces on the Side of Hotel. This was a nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The kids loved the pool!

"This hotel is, well a dump. My friends stayed at the Best West.and it was much cleaner and less expensive. It needs to be brought into the nineties."

Convenient location. Rooms could use some renovation/ updating. Could use better mattresses. This hotel has much potential. Rooms need serious updating from the mattresses, bed linens/ bed spreads and furniture.

It was not expensive. Just older needed a little TLC but still ok. Was fine for how I used it as a one night thing. It was older and needed a once over but was clean and ok.

Easy to reach (accessible). The back side of parking area light is not sufficient. Hotel room light should be improved (dark). The location of this hotel is ease to reach. The cleanliness of the hotel room is good. The cleanliness of the hotel lobby is good. The facilities of the hotel is standard. The hotel staff is friendly, helpful, and call to the room to make sure that everything is ok.

Good location, helpful staff. Plug in sink didn't work. It was conveniently located between Easton and Polaris. It was a good value. Staff was helpful.

Room service and food was good. Pool and area was very dirty, halls & rooms smelled like smoke. This hotel had friendly staff and was not a bad value for the price I paid. Not a three star hotel in my book. Pool and area was very dirty and in need of maintenance. Halls and rooms were clean however, smelled like smoke.

N/A Worse location ...dirty... old... Before check in I ask about Internet connection, they said yes. I set up my meeting but there is no connection.. not even in business center.. I missed my very important meeting.. I was very upset.. I did not get even simple sorry what a waste money stay away...

The staff was good checking in & out. You ask about safety, a cross the street from the hotel. there was a shooting. 4 shot 1 died. sat. on my way back in the hotel. Not a 2 1/2 star.. it's old & dim, in need of a fresh colt of paint & some new bathroom fixings. I will never go back to the MIDWEST HOTEL. that shooting seal the deal for me.
