We had a good stay at the hotel the staff was very friendly housekeeping was up on everything clean towels everyday and they were friendly.

When we had to ask for a new room because our room smelled, the desk clerk was helpful. It was old, run down and had a bad odor. This hotel is not worth the money we spent. When we opened the door to the room we were overwhelmed by the smell of smoke. It was as if someone just put a cigarette out. We were able to get another non smoking room but it was still a little smelly. The carpet in halls was water-damaged and dirty. The whole place had a prison-like feel to it.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Disappointed with amenities--ice machine out of service & no soda AT ALL in one & only vending machine in area wing. Hotel charges for internet usage, microwave & refrig (most of this chain do not--particularly to priority club members). I felt we were given the least service because we were using our reward nights. Pool was closed for the holiday as well?? (One reason we were there.) Breakfast was gone by the time we checked and never saw complimentary coffee--did see cream and sugar. Ok if you only want a bed to sleep in.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My spouse and I were spending the night while attending a friend's wedding. When we were finished at the reception we were looking to have a night cap and decided to go to the bar in the hotel, which to our pleasant surprise the bartender was a very pleasant man and as more guest filtered in the night turned into an evening full of interesting conversations. The hotel was very easy to get to and we had a more than pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area!

Parking was convenient. Room was clean. Front desk staff was somewhat unfriendly. We thought continental breakfast was available and was not. We were only there overnight but we found it to be pleasant. Parking was convenient.

Non smoking rooms in same hallway as smoking rooms. Room was neat, sofa bed needed clean sheets upon our arrival. We had to walk down 4 hallways and through 4 sets of doors to get to our room from the elevator, so the set up was not convenient. Cigarette smoke was very noticeable in all hallways. Smoking rooms were mixed in with non smoking. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful.
