Perfect location: you can easily walk to Disneyland and then in the opposite direction on Katella there are some great restaurants and a little shopping area with great shops and movies.

Wonderful staff and very clean hotel. Wonderful staff! If you need anything they are there to help. The hotel and rooms are very clean, they do have two computers in the lobby for hotel guests to use for free. Wonderful place to stay.

The beds were very comfy. We were very surprised that the hotel was as nice as it was. We will definitely stay there again. We love the free parking and the rooms were very quiet. Our baby was able to sleep through the night. We ABSOLUTELY love the location, very close to the Garden Walk where there are shops and restaurants. Rooms facing the park had central air and the other rooms had the wall mount air conditioning under the window. We prefer the central air. That would be our only complaint.

My family (husband, 9 & 4 year old)stayed here for 5 days to celebrate New Year's Eve at Disneyland. We were very pleased with the room and it's small frig, microwave and sofa. It worked great for us. Buffet in the hotel and good pizza place right next door. Shuttle picks you up in front of the hotel for Disneyland but close enough to walk too.

The hotel staff was very friendly and willing to accomodate special considerations. The hotel was very nice and comfortable. Would use this hotel for every stay while in Anaheim. Very impressed.

We would gladly stay at this hotel again. The only improvement I would suggest is to install a shelf or countertop for cosmetics/toiletries in the bathroom.

We got to the hotel an hour before check in. The front desk was helping a customer who was also there early and they were extremely nice to him and let him check in ahead of time so we thought we could too. Not so. As soon as we walked to the counter I did admit we were early (as to not have heard their conversation) but let him know we just drove 6 hours and were wondering if we could check in early. He immediately said that they don't do that and we would have to wait. I then said "but that man just got his room". Then he said "you booked your room on Orbitz and we can't negotiate anything with a 'locked' reservation". I guess I look dumb! I didn't argue any further...just said ok. When we did finally get to our room, it smelled sooo bad of mold, I was about to call the front desk when my husband stopped me. Needless to say...I will never return to this hotel again!

Nice atmosphere, friendly, helpful staff, great location walkable to Disneyland! Close to lots of great restaurants. Park at your own risk sounds scary. Nice atmosphere, friendly, helpful staff, nice room!

The hotel staff were very nice, but the bathroom was atrocious. There was water damage and mold and no working fan. The microwave and fridge were nice touches but the excercise room was a joke. Overall, it was a decent place to sleep.

Great location to park and great places to eat! Room was clean and comfortable! Free Parking! The AC did not seem to cool very well and it was loud Our room was very clean (which is my main concern in choosing a hotel) and the beds/pillows were very comfortable! I liked the fact that they didn't use those darn bed comforters on the beds (that never get washed!) And the microwave and mini refrigerator was so nice to have for the kids snacks and to heat up left overs! I would definitely stay here again! I guess my only gripe would be that although we had the AC set at 70 (it was very hot that day), it never seemed to get very cool in our room. And it was very loud! It was good for drowning out the voices of our neighbors at least. Oh, and parking was free here!

The walls of the hotel are very thin. They told us they didn't have extra pillows. The toilet was overflowing,and the beds are rock hard! We did one load of laundry. The clothes didn't come clean and there was laundry detergent still on them when they were done.listed them having complimentry breakfast but they don't. 9.95 for adults.

As an annual passholder for Disneyland, I have stayed at this hotel at least 5 times in the past. I decided to stay here again, having pleasant visits with them in the past. Our first night we did not have hot water and we practically had to beg to have our room changed to a room with hot water. The staff basically acted like we should just deal with no hot water. It turned out that they were aware when we checked in that we would not have hot water and opted not to tell us or put us in a different room. I guess they were hoping we wouldn't notice!! The next morning we had hot water in our different room...thank goodness. The morning after though we did not have hot water. When we called the front desk they said there was no hot water in the hotel and a room change was not an option. I consider myself to be a pretty easy traveler and not very picky but this was ridiculous. Not only was not having hot water horrible but the unapologetic attitude of the staff was even worse. Travelling with small children, we thought this hotel would be a great place to return as we have stayed there so many times in the past...wrong! I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.
