Have visited many times over an extended periodRoom quiet and with good aspect to parkBreakfast below average. Prefer some aspect of service at breakfast e.g tea and toastHotel not busy, yet some food choices had run out for breakfast (e.g. fried eggs, hash browns) This hotel has lost its quality, exclusive feel. Now just average.Accomodation suitable for one night stay only.

Parkway Hotel LeedsI was very dissapointed with the Hotel and would not stay again. There are far better hotels in Leeds which I have stayed in which are more value for money.

Poor Customer Service, a little dirty, extras are expensiveThe 'Gym' is a joke, with very antiquated machinery that didnt feel safe to use. The staff were on the most part cold, unwelcoming and over worked. I had my food order forgotten twice on the four days I was there and was never offered so much as a complementary cola. The internet service was expensive at 12.99 a night. The back rooms have poor sound-proofing so if you have an early meeting be warned.

Lovely Hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, great food.Would advise to check if a Wedding party will be held if you stay on a Saturday night. We were kept awake until 4.30am!! Not impressed.

restaurant and foodI ordered medium/well done rib eye steak and received a very small dry steak with frozen chips and no vegetables for £17.50 very poor. Room nice though and clean. I had a call on the morning from Leeds North to confirm my stay with them. I explained that I had booked into the Leeds Parkway and not Leeds North but they insisted I hadnt. I looked at my confirmation and it stated Parkway. Watch out for this as it has happened before! I paid £70 for bed and breakfast. I wouldnt pay more than this.

paul Boorman Tunbridge Wells KentHotel is conviniently located for Leeds city. Car parking very good. Clean friendly service and the best we have used in the area and will for sure use it again.

Do not choose this hotel for your first night as a married couple!!!I contacted the hotel directly prior to our stay as it was going to be the night of our wedding and the following night we would be staying before going away on honeymoon. I wanted to enquire as to whether with it being a special occasion they could offer us a full english breakfast in our room on the Sunday morning and we were told we could only have continental, I even offered to pay an extra fee if required and was told point blank no and that we would have to have it in the restaurant with everyone else. Also the lady who replied was very short and abrupt. When we arrived at the hotel (in full wedding attire) the man behind the desk did not make any reference to our wedding or congratulate us which Iwe were disgusted with. He then said they had no booking in my married name (very abruptly!) to which I informed him that it would be in my maiden name obviously as I booked it months before. Once checked in he sniffed at our luggage whilst asking if we required help with it! The room itself was very bare and plain with none of the little touches you might expect when they know it is your wedding night (even though we booked it through laterooms this would've been nice!). We were so disappointed that we wanted to cancel the 2nd night of our stay but because it was after 12pm they would still charge us and only for the fact that it was 10mins away from the Airport for the next day did we begrudgingly decide to stay. This place could seriously do with brushing up on their customer service skills! Not the best way to end the best day of our lives but we have marked it up to experience!!

leedson arrival we were told we were at the wrong hotel and should be at leeds north.( a long distance away)I was able to produce email to prove we had booked the Parkway so they were able to correct this.However someone had made a major error in booking us into the wrong hotel.Don't know if this was Ramada or Late Rooms at fault

Brilliant location, perfect for a change of sceneryVery pleased. Lady on reception very helpful - also when asking which bars to visit locally! Room was beautiful, clean and exactly as expected. Good value for money and would definately visit this hotel or other Ramada Jarvis hotels again.

great location very handy for city. rooms are tidy enough although bathrooms could do with updating a little but you get what you pay for. Shame the wifi isnt free and meals are a bit pricey but theres a good pub just down the road doing 2 for 1 meals.

Room. Basin Cracked (for some time) Bath dirty. Hotel Hand driers in Gents inoperative. Cubicles too small to get into.

Unfortunately we were kept awake until 1.15 a.m. by the loud music coming from a large organised party in the function room. However, we did receive a discount after complaining to the manager. Potential customers wanting a quiet stay (like we were hoping for) would be strongly advised to check first to see if any parties are booked for that night. The food was average, as was the room in general, but the bathroom was quite unacceptable, being dirty and smelling of urine. This was also complained about. Staff generally were very helpful.

Advice to travellersIts a lovely hotel. However, a little tip to fellow travellers, its advisable to see if there is a event (especially wedding reception) on before travelling. If there is i suggest to emphisise that you want to staying on the right wing of the hotel. I stayed in the left wing and I didn't sleep tll after 2am despite complaining twice about the noise. it was only when the DJ stopped playing that i was able to settle.

Disappointing stay at the above hotel on 26/27 & 28 March 2009 and was disappointed with the standard. I had stay at several Ramada hotel and never had to complain and always praised the standard of this chain, but after staying at the Ramada Park Plaza, I would not recommed it to anyone. On my arrival I was put in a twin bed room although I requested a double. The double room only had one draw for me and my partner's clothes, so we ended living out of our suitcase for 3 nights. I did speak to a couple who was staying 2 nights and they complained to the hotel about the same promble with the drawer space and they were moved to a larger room, but because it was our last night there was no point in us asking to be moved. The appearance of the hotel corridor wasnt clean, you could see all the white bits on the carpet. Our room was cold and the bed has a thin quilt on it suitable for summer. I did asked the receiptionist for a blanket and one was put in the room in a bag tht was left on the bedroom floor. Also the toilet bowl was stained and wasnt very clean. No toilet brush present in the toilet. The jacuzzi water was cold and when I mention it someone who work there, I was told that it was the same temperature as the pool. But everyone who were present at the time did not used it because it was cold.
