We lucked out. Arrived at 3 am, reception gave us a room that was as close to the lobby as you can get. This Ramada used to be a Wyndam Resorts and has unattached groups of rooms over a wide area. We were tired and sleepy so the close room was super. The place was clean, quiet, and well appointed from what we saw. The pizzeria and snack shops are open super late which was handy for the midnight dinner we had while there. I booked on a Wednesday and we traveled the next day on Thursday. The hotel was a great bargain and a good place to stay. The staff people there were attentive and professional. the hotel should however use better signs to differentiate the "Included Breakfast" from the hot breakfast for pay.

I liked the hotel because it has just about everything in it including a very small grocery store and gift shop. This hotel was overall very good because it did offer a little of everything including a tourist information center, small game room, restaurant, ballroom, gift shop, pools and a very tiny grocery store. On the downside of it were extra charges that was not made aware of including a fee for parking of $5.00 a day. The extra charges for us came around an additional $25 for about 3 days so plan for that. There were a few other minor issues including the ice machine closest to us did not work and there are no refrigerators in the rooms. However, if you want one it is you guessed it another $5.00 a day. Overall it wasn't too bad I would stay there again if I got the same rate.

The housekeeping service at this hotel was just being plain lazy. They would fold the towels and leave them on the rack nice and neatly. But, the sheets were always stained. Behind the cabinets I saw dust bunnies from who knows when. On another hand, their "hidden fees" were ridiculous. Never heard of having to pay $5 extra per night for a fridge and another $5 for a microwave. Their Business Service Center was closed for "renovations." Only one computer was available at front desk. Restaurants were ok only that, if you are going to have breakfast try to be there early. Their hours were for breakfast were till 11 a.m. but if they were too lazy to stand at the register they closed earlier. Other than that, front desk was fabulous! Lobby is maintained very clean, airy and bright! Too bad the rooms were not upgraded.

Perfect for the bargain hunter. Hotel is clean and offers an outstanding list of amenities for around * a night (two people). The facilities are simple and quaint, but they are in good shape and will definitely not disappoint you for the price. All the rooms have balconies; however, the views are not spectacular (mostly street and parking lot with a few garden/pool views). At the time of our visit they did not have elevators to second floor so guests who cannot handle stairs should request a ground floor room. Renovations are being performed and elevators may be added in the future. Our only point of contention came with the hotel restaurants that were not opened during the hours publicized. We needed to eat at 9pm and nothing was open despite their literature stating they will be open till 11. We had to order pizza that arrived cold and tasted terrible. Overall, we have been to Orlando countless times and this was one of the best buys for the money.

Poor facilities, customer service and poorly-cleaned rooms.

Overall we were satisfied with our stay but that was becasue the price was right. Room was clean and grounds were well kept. Only one of the pools was heated so make sure to ask to have your room outside of that pool. Biggest complaint was that none of the ice machines worked.

We had a wonderful trip and the resort was nice and in a great location. The front lobby is gorgeous and the many pools gives so much seclution. The only needs improvement is the cleanliness of the rooms should have been much better.

visited Tampa, Miami, Daytona Beach Crystal springs, and downtown Disney. I was disapointed in the term "newly renovated" to me this was mileading. The only thing I noticed was a new coat of paint on the outside of the building. We looked for hot tubs and found them disabled and filled with dirt and bushes and trees. We arrived late and got up early to see the sights. So when we had neighbors that arrived later than we did or stayed up latter than we did we were disturbed and awakened. When we arrived at 1AM after all day on air planes we were tired. Our neighbors were up untill 5 AM just talking in normal voices and it was like they were accross the room from us. One plus was that they did move us to another room, although late arrivals woke us up at 2AM one night. the Continental breakfast was cheap and a $5 upgrade was available.I feel that there should not have been a fee for upgrade(Scrambled eggs and bacon big deal!!!) we were not happy with the hotelfor the most part. Alson there wer charges to my Visa not approved (this was credited after a call to the manager).

The beds were comfortable. There were hidden fees that were not obvious when purchasing the rooms.

This hotel was simply awful! Nothing good to say about it. The room was old and needed major upgrades. There were no linens on the bed and the room smelled like old mop water. Me and my boyfriend went to the restaurant in the hotel to get a drink for happy hour. The sign said the drinks were cheaper than they really were and the drinks tasted like water. Room services was TERRIBLE!! They never came! I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy! Do yourselves a favor and keep it moving!!

I found this hotel on-line. The reviews were good and so was the price. We arrived and saw that the reviews were right. The hotel was nice inside and the staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean. The highway was nearby and it took us maybe 5-10 minutes to get to Disney. We would stay again.

we thought that for the price, and location this was a good choice. It was not too far from all the Disney World attractions - the shuttle service was too streamlined, however and would have preferred more shuttles for optional in & out of the parks. But otherwise a great stay.

Clean, helpful staff, great location, room was newly renovated and nice view. Excellent place to stay, rooms are like new and very clean. Helpful staff and nice comedy club in main lobby. We would recommend this hotel.

We stayed to goto Disney World. I attempted to call the night before to ask about checking in early and was unable to get ahold of anyone at the hotel, not even to leave a msg. Upon arrival we were allowed to check in early which was nice, but they only had one person working at the front desk while three other employees stood behind the counter talking with a line backing up. When we got to our room the toilet was stopped up and would not flush. I attempted to call the front desk for service but no one would answer the phone, very frustrating. I went down to the desk and was told she would call someone to fix it and to wait while she found her radio. I waited for 15 min until someone else took down my room info. The toilet was fixed in a timely manner. The room itself was ok. It was dated but was fine except for the fact that the sheets had a large tear in them and the bedside lamp's lightbulb was shattered. Also when we checked in I asked about scheduling a taxi to the airport upon our departure and she said she would schedule it for me. The night before we left I went to the counter to verify the taxi had been scheduled and it was NOT. The man working the counter promtly scheduled it for me, I was glad I checked. The biggest dissappointment was the breakfast they advertised as being provided. We were told we would need to pay $9 a person to eat because our room rate did not include the breakfast. The condition of the hotel was not great but I would have considered staying there again if the service was not aweful.

We booked this hotel for it's proximity to the Disney resorts and to our visiting relatives accomodations. First thing I notice was that the signs at the hotel did not match the hotel name on the reservation. I had to ask if we were in the right place when we arrived. Not a good sign. The signs called this the Ramada Sun. The reservations were for Ramada Orlando Celebration Resort and Convention Center. The king sized bed had a queen sized top sheet and thin blanket on it. There was also a small throw blanket at the end of the bed that covered all 5 foot 4 inches of me up to my chin. We FROZE BOTH NIGHTS we were there even when we turned the A/C to a warmer temperature. On top of the lack of bedding, we were the only people booked in our section of the hotel that didn't belong to a group traveling together. Starting at 7pm, these people ran back and forth betwen rooms, slamming doors and screaming until 2 and 3 am. There were small children running around the hall of the hotel at 1:30 am both nights. The parking lot was ridiculous and did not provide enough parking close enough to the actual buildings. This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at.

The lobby area was beautiful! What a great presentation when you first walk in. The room was very clean and all in all we were impressed. The pool was great, everything was just wonderful. Only thing I did not enjoy was the bartender for the night. After the first night we checked in we never went back to the bar and I didn't even get a drink that night because I was so turned off.

Good general location. Hit me with a high amenities fee. Ripped off at the end of the day in my opinion. I have stayed here a few times before and never had to pay a amenities fee. This time I checked in Saturday at 11 pm and checked out Sunday at 8 am to find the desk telling me I owed them $5.40 for the amenities. I asked the girl how long has this been effect and she said for a long time.

We stayed in this hotel on one of the busiest travel weekends in Orlando. Presidents Day weekend, Daytona 500 and Valentines Day were all happening this weekend. The hotel was quiet, we had good nights sleep all four nights we were at the hotel. The grounds were beautiful. All the pools were open and clean. The hotel breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. The bedding was nice and clean. White spreads that are cleaned each time the bed is changed for another guest. The beds were comfortable. No it is not perfect but for $**.** per night, it is a good deal. Shuttle bus to Disney saved us $12.00 parking.

Good: Cheap, close to Disney World, Bathroom is clean, TV/Cable Bad: Awkward design of access to rooms for 2nd floor(felt kind of odd), no kitchen, no microwave, slide door to balcony didn't work, beds were small/uncomfortable, Noise A/C, Pay extra for Safe Box. Overall: If you don't want to pay too much and don't need anything fancy, then this place might good for you.
