There was an additional charges (Resort fee) of 10 dollar on top of the room charges. These charges were not highlighted during booking or check-in time.

Proximity to magic kingdom & price. Outdated bathrooms/ looked unsanitary due to wear. The bed was very comfy and greatly appreciated after along day on our feet. It was worth the money plus an additional $10.00 for resort fee.

The@front desk@staff were very kind and helpful. Food at the@"All you can Eat" was very well done. Housekeepers were on the spot and clean. Ths shuttle bus services were good, on time, and very much appreciated.

this was the dirtest hotel i have ever been in! if you walked across the carpet you stuck to it. i complained twice because they didn't change the sheets or vaccum the carpet, the front desk said they would get housekeeping right upto our room but they never showed, either time i went to the front desk. this really suprise's me for a ramada inn. i would not recomend this hotel to anyone.

This was a great place to stop and rest. I was impressed that this hotel offerred a variety of activities for all age groups. As far as the location of the hotel, it is very close to shopping and dining facilities as well as to Disney World. Thanks for a peaceful nights rest.

When we reached the hotel after a long day of driving the front desk clerk was very unfriendly. It took us an hour to get a room. The keys do not work right, sheets were itchy, bathroom had mildew in toilet and on shower head, the non smoking rooms smell like smoke, and all the rooms smell like mildew. We were at one time upgraded to a suite because of our troubles but the double doors when pushed on pushed right open because a bolt was missing. The maintenance guy said don't worry I do not think anyone will come push on your door but how can you sleep with a door that does not lock or know your belonging are safe. Also they charge a resort fee for some reason but it has no resort qualities. also there is supposed to be a shuttle that runs but they do not tell you it only has four set trips two in the morning and two in the evening so if want to return mid day forget it.

We had an hour waiting in line to check in and that was alittle much after driving for 2 hours to get there. We were also disappointed with the Karaoke DJ they didn't provide an enjoyable entertaining evening either of the two nights we stayed. I feel that a more experienced DJ would improve the atmosphere within the hotel. The hotel should consider this because guests would prefer to spend there evening having fun and spending their money right where they are staying.

There were ROACHES in our room. We asked for a NON smoking room and someone had been smoking in it so we wanted to change rooms they said No we are booked. Water leaking from the ceiling and flooded the bathroom. Pool looked like skim milk!!!

Exelent for the price and very clean. I would recommend these to everyone. The clorox odors in the lobby was strong but I know that was for the pool inside.

the tub and sink were slow draining the whole week we were there. I called the front desk wed nite twice. no answer. I went to the desk on thursday am to get a rollaway bed for a second night and told them about the 5 inches of water in my tub. I had been charged for 5 nights already for the bed but was assured both would be fixed.thursday nite after returning from disney, tub still would drain slow. friday am went to the desk..I no longer needed bed and still had problems with the 5 inches of water in my tub. they guaranteed me it would be fixed today.still being charged for 5 nights for bed..only had it 2. said they would fix that too.friday after disney, tub still draining slow.went to desk. they'll send someone now ( at 1130 pm ).my wife didnt like that idea,Itll be fixed on sat.It was better (2 inches)but never fixed.Upon checking out I reminded them of their worthless promise about the tub and asked why I was still being charged 5 nights for the bed. I was given to the manager. He didnt seem to care about the tub and said he would be nice and not charge me for the 5 nights that I had the bed.Youve been warned.

The room was great, it had a semi-seperate room for the children. The view from the 'inside' rooms is very nice, overlooks the pool and dining area. The outdoor pool is also great. The biggest problem... the overwhelming smell of chlorine! I would strongly recommend (as an A/C tech. and somewhat knowledgeable about airflow) a much better system of airflow. Greater fresh air makeup and greater exhaust to get the odor out. It is VERY possible, with the way the roof panels are fixed. It is a nice hotel!

Nothing. Everything. Please never never go there! It was very bad.

For the last few years I stayed at the ramada hotel and had a good time. It was close to everyplace I wanted to visit. This year I had some friends join me during my vacation who also stayed at the hotel. Maybe it was the economy or the lack of workers but at least twice my room was not serviced nor my guest. I don't know if this was a oversite or the lack of maid service. It seems that this hotel is starting to go down hill and fast. My suggestion is to stay on top of your room service and make sure they change it over every day.

We selected Ramada over a less expensive brand because we didn't want any surprises. We checked in around 8 p.m. where nothing was said about any additional fees (we paid online). We returned to our room after midnight. When I awoke at 7 am, I found a paper slipped under the door, stating we owed $10, for a Resort fee. I asked for the manager, who was very rude, telling me that the hotel was allowed to charge that, as it was on their website. I stated that it was NOT on Orbitz, nor was it even mentioned when I checked in!!! I asked why this was slipped under my door in the middle of the night, she said it was my receipt. IT WAS NOT--it was a bill for $10, slipped under my door in the middle of the night!!! As we were checking out, they charged another couple an additional $12. The husband (senior citizens) asked if this was an additional tax, which was not posted. The clerk stated, no, it was a "Hotel Fee". BOTTOM LINE, the $39 dollar price is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! PS I will alert the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants, as many Broward County teachers, administrators and staff as possible, family and friends. That $10 charge will cost Ramada a lot more in lost revenue (we travel a lot--we will never stay at Ramada again!).

Service was poor, food was below standards and pools were not clean. I was not greeted warmly, long lines were to be expected, but check in were very time consuming and there wasn't any communication or apologies to patrons.

Ok so its been about 7 years since I have been back here. I go for the singing anyways. That is how me and my husband met. You have to remember people those rooms are used almost everyday. Your room is to get a good night sleep so you can wake up, and hit the town for some fun. I love this place and I know I will love it again. so here we come Ramada!! Its our 8th year anniversary and we are spending it with you for the 3rd time. WOO HOO we will be there the 20th. get out room nice and clean . lol! oh don't forget the red carpet lol.

It was horrible. You HAVE to rent a car because it is far from everywhere and the taxis/shuttles in that area are a rip off.
