Date of Stay: July, 2009

The hotel was easy to find, 6 miles down Division St. (a 4-lane throughway.) New, with enclosed small pool and hot tub on first floor. Breakfast was solid as continental goes, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, waffles (you make fresh,) several choices of cereal and baked goods, milk and juices. It's set back from street so traffic noise is minimal. My wife took a prodigious number two (not joking) and stopped up the toilet, they had the problem solved within an hour and gave us a key to another empty room so we had a bathroom in the mean time, without any complaint. Solid but unspectacular.

Location was perfect for my needs. I was disappointed that the people in the room above was up after midnight and I heard them walking around. This was okayfor my particular needs for this trip. Not sure I would recommend it to others. It was quiet for street noise which I was concerned about but other room noises were troublesome.

My family had a good experience here. The online travel agency price was great and everything was clean. The motel was in a great location with plenty of choices for shopping and eating just across the street. The only problems I had were the teeny tiny fitness room and the lack of towels where there should have been some in the pool area. We used the pool twice during our stay and both times had to go out to the front desk to get towels. Just minor incoveniences.

In town for Hoopfest Basketball Tourney; room way overpriced for quality. Shower was disabled accessible and not meant for normal height person. Poor lighting for bathroom and makeup/mirror area.

Continental breakfast was awesome. A little hard to find. The beds were comfortable, but looked pretty worn and saggy. Clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast is wonderful and a nice way to start the day. Hotel is close to downtown, but a little hard to find, especially at night. The staff is very friendly.

I use a manual wheelchair (and have for over 20 years) and stayed on the first floor here for two nights. First, the bad news: the hair dryer is a little high to reach from a chair, and the roll-in showers have an absolutely impossible reach from the stool (requiring a bit of an acrobatic act) as well as no place to keep the shower head when using from a lower level. The windows on the first floor are easily left unlocked and easily (even from a wheelchair) broken into, and the closet hanger-bar is set at a high level, requiring assistance to have moved. Now, the much lengthier good news: the room is overall quite roomy with plenty of space for a wheelchair, the staff is incredibly helpful from desk clerks to maintenance (Charlie is great) to housekeeping, breakfast in the morning is phenomenal (yes, they have waffles, too!), the pool and sauna are open late (no wheelchair lift) and the workout room requires a key from the desk, ensuring that the kids don't end up playing there. Rooms have very functional sm. fridge/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board (although iron was mounted a bit high). A very large mall is across the street with Staples, Safeway (w/ gas station), PetSmart, Panda Express, Taco Bell, Blockbuster, Cold Stone Creamery, Brooklyn Grill, a bank, tux shop, etc...and what isn't across the street is, for the most part, within a few miles! Probably the closest and nicest place to stay when attending shows at the Service Station on N Nevada... Overall, a very enjoyable experience and we intend to return on business trips.

This hotel was disgusting! I will NEVER stay here again. Didn't notice the blood on the blanket or sheet until the next morning. The sinks were in the "room area" . Lighting was terrible, as it flickered the whole time. The heater smelled like something was burning, and the lobby smelled like bad body odor. I will never stay here, and i would suggest you stay somewhere else in a better neighborhood. This is not an exaggeration by any means!

Very clean and comfortable, great complimentary breakfast, indoor pool and jacuzzi that is adults only after 10pm. The fitness room has weight machine, stationary bicycle, and treadmill looking into pool/jacuzzi area. There is a suana as well. Nearby are plenty of restaurants from McD's to Tomato Street, and nearby shopping includes one of the biggest malls in the area, with more great places to eat and even a movie theatre. Would definitely stay here again!

My car was broken into and many business related items taken - notes, etc. My car was right outside of the side door, not parked in the shrubs,or off of the parking area. Also, there were a lot of noisy children screaming in the hallways. The staff was excellent, however, really pleasant and helpful people.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The continental breakfast was fine. The location is good for North Spokane but not convenient at all for Coeur d'Alene or South Spokane. The 395 is very busy.

Even though visiting family while in Spokane was the main reason for our stay at the Ramada, we actually had a vacation when returning to our room each night. The Ramada's indoor pool and hot tub were great ways relax after spending long days with family. The Ramada has the best shower we've ever taken when traveling, and we've stayed at numerous hotels across the US. Sleeping on firm mattresses each night helped us wake up without stiff backs. The location of the Ramada made travel to visit relatives in town or go sight-seeing so easy. It was great being able to open the windows for fresh air---something you can't do if you are rooming in a high-rise hotel.

Our first 4 days in this hotel were fine. But when we returned from a side trip, we were given a very small room that faced the roof with the air units and that is usually used as part of a suite. When we asked the manager to consider discounting the room, his reply was "You don't have to stay here, you can go somewhere else." At 11:15 pm that night we had a call from the front desk, waking us up to ask us if we were in the room or had checked out. The hotel overall is very nice. The rooms are large and comfortable (a regular room). Ken in the breakfast room is a wonderful host who begins your morning with smiles and good food. However, this manager should have more respect for his guests.

The breakfast was good. It would have been nice if the staff told us the day before the carpets were replaced,due to a water leak, the room stunk like the carpet glue . Over all it was clean and quiet.

"We live in Lewiston, ID and we drive up to Spokane to shop several times a year. If we can we always stay at this hotel! The price is great for a hotel with a pool and hottub, the rooms are huge, the best are actually comfortable, the staff is very customer orientated, it's close to places to eat, and the Northtown Mall isn't very far away. I would suggest this place to everyone! It's how you expect a hotel to be, ya know?! "

The room was surprisingly spacious and the continential breakfast was particularly good. The pool was being painted so we couldn't swim this stay. Still, it is good that they are maintaining their pool/spa area. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The room, location, and people were great and everything ran smoothly.

Friendly people, location, extras all really nice. Rooms-halls are ready for thorough cleaning. I have stayed in this hotel occasionally since opening day. Great staff, helpful, courteous and prompt attention. The facility has some kind of unpleasant odor on the upper levels, leading me to think it's time to do some serious cleaning and carpet upgrade. I'll stay again anyway as I love the convenient location/people.
