The rooms were clean. Close to rail road tracks. A bit noisy at night.

The sheets are cheap, the blanket is torn and the comforter is stained....carpet was also stained. As long as you are tired enough you can sleep through it or bring your own bedding

Perfect location for Kentucky exposition center. Met all our expectations. Pool area was a little muggy. Great choice.

The hotel was located right across the road from our destination. The swimming pool was cloudy and had to much chlorine. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Louisville, especially to Kentucky Kingdom. The hotel is right across the street from one of the entrances to the park.

Nothing. It was unclean, unfriendly, and a disappointment. It was very disappointing! With the photos I saw I was expecting a much nicer hotel. Instead, it was in a shady part of town. I was scared to go anywhere alone. The people were unfriendly and the room smelled terrible. It also had a lot of broken appliances and was unclean.

The bed was nice. No wireless internet and only 10 seats for breakfast. The hotel was ok. Location was 2 miles away from our business meeting. Also no wireless internet or any room in lobby for breakfast. No parking for customers. Probably not going that route again.

It didn't have bed bugs. Everything. Bad neighborhood. TV was broken but the one next door blared all night. Don't go to this one!

Convenient location. No airport shuttle, no free parking for airport. Good on convenience, poor on not having airport shuttle or parking.

Nicely decorated, convenient to freedom center where we had plans. Lobby/dining area for breakfast was crowded and we had to share the table with someone else. This hotel is very convenient to the expo center, highways, and the airport. Parking was a little tight and the lobby was small and packed during the continental breakfast. The room was well decorated and comfortable and met our needs. I would stay here again.

Very nice inside. Nothing The hotel was extremely upscale on the interior but the exterior looked almost industrial. Personnel were very accommodating and friendly. Our visit was pleasant!

Convenient proximity to airport. No shuttle, property seemed worn out. Close to airport, nice indoor pool, but facility are a bit worn out, and didn't reflect a normal Ramada property.

The pool area was not very well kept. Physically the hotel was fine but the staff was never at the front desk. Several times I had to wait 10 or 15 minutes for someone to return to the front desk for assistance.
