It was nice enough and our room had a whirlpool tub. Room was a little small.

The "best available room" was a smoking room. Travel agency did not allow me to specify no-smoking as a choice. I put up with it but the room stank. There were burn marks on the floor by the bed. The TV was an older tube model . The hotel is located on Shackleford DRIVE...which is different from Shackleford ROAD. When I called to get some directions from where my business meeting was the person at the desk tried to be helpful but was inept. I was looking at a car rental map that showed Shackleford ROAD. She did not clearly make the distinction in her directions. There is plenty of competition in the area.

Stayed here 1 night with the family while on a road trip. Indoor pool nice to burn off kid energy, but the towel rack was empty. Elevator was being serviced during busy check-out time. Trash in hallway stayed there at least 12 hrs. Belgian waffles A+

I was very pleased with my accommodations and the fix it yourself breakfast was terrific. I appreciated the waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit etc. I will certainly stay at the Ramada again when I come back to Little Rock.

Nothing. The room was small the bed was hard. The bed was hard as a rock, we had to find a way to hold the curtains back from the air conditioner or the air would blow up into the curtains and not into the room while the curtains were closed. Also the air conditioner didn't really cool the room very well even on the highest cool setting until early in the morning. In order to get hot water in the bathtub and shower you had to turn the hot water on in the sink first and let it run there first before. There is a lot this hotel needs to fix before I would recommend this hotel to anyone or stay in it again myself.

For the price we paid to stay at the Ramada, we expected a little more. The room was dated and a little dingy. There was road noise and it didn't help that we we're given a room with a handicap shower.

It was quiet, clean, employees friendly & helpful. It was clean, quiet, in a safe area of Little Rock, employees were friendly & helpful, and it was in a convenient location to the medical facilities that we were using. The beds were comfortable & I could smell the cleanness of the sheets. Towels were thick, soft, new. I highly recommend this Ramada Ltd to anyone who is in the area. Very importantly, my mother and I felt safe there.

The carpet had stains etc and the fabric on the comforters on both beds was thread bare and unraveling. Just not what you would expect from the outside and the name Limited suites. It did have wireless internet, but no desk just a small table and not enough access to plugins for cell phones etc. Breakfast was OK. Coke machine prices were right on par with retail which was surprising.

The room was very comfortable - great mattresses and lots of space. The breakfast was fabulous...something for every appetite! We did not use the pool but it looked very nice and family friendly. We enjoyed the area as there were all kinds of things to do and places to eat and shop.

The entire staff is to be commended for their warmth and friendliness. Very shabby and run-down looking. Really a motel. It definitely needs a cosmetic overhaul. Very unappealing, with dirty-looking rooms, although they may not have actually been as grubby as they seemed. On the other hand, the staff was wonderful, very nice and accommodating. The free breakfast was not bad, although again, the surroundings were less than attractive. The floor in my bathroom was slick with something (may be it got waxed by mistake?), which made it a bit hazardous to walk on.

The staff was very helpful. Fitness center was tiny. I think that the hotel. It just seemed a little worn down. The continental breakfast had several healthy options and the staff did a great job of keeping tables clear and restocking food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved that the hotel was so close to a variety of restaurants. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

Large room. Difficult to find. We've stayed in a couple of Ramada's recently that were not too impressive so we were pleasantly surprised that this one was clean, the room was spacious, and the breakfast offered several selections to suit different tastes. The only negative I'd say was the location being difficult to find. It's sort of hidden up a hill and the signs aren't very noticeable.

Capable of upgrading. The elevator was exceptionally slow. I upgraded to a suite with a hot tub effortlessly and enjoyed every minute of being there. This was a great hotel to stay in and I will stay there again.

Good location. No ice machine and for what we paid needed to look better. It was ok but it felt more like a sleep cheap motel not a hotel. We booked this for our honeymoon not romantic at all.

Clean and a good breakfast. It was nice, the rooms were good sized and it was clean! I really liked the breakfast they had. I would stay there again!
