The place is old, capets bleached with spots, the hallway and room smell, very disappointing place. Don't go cheap. You get what you pay for. The are better comparable place around here. Holiday Inn Express at Riverport is less than 5 miles away. It is brand new like two months old. It has everything like washer/dryer, fitness, pool, free parking, excellent rooms. Keep it a secret, so the price stays low. You can get it for around * USD a night.

We got in late to the hotel, so it was very convenient that there are a lot of open restaurants so close by for a late night snack. The rooms were a little dated and could use some upgrading, but the bed was awesome. One of the better nights sleep I've had in a hotel.

The lake in the back of the hotel is nice. The room and bed is small than a average hotel. The quality of our room was below average. Small room, small bed. But the good thing is that this hotel is next to a lake and close to shopping area of Richmond. This is a nice hotel if not counting the small room.

This hotel should be rated lower. Rooms are old and need redoing for the price. Service is poor and the front desk is luck of the draw. That is it depends who might be on the desk what attitude and service you will get. There seems to be no procedure in their management. Restaurant is non existent a poor breakfast and dingy bar for dinner if you feel brave. I would recpmmend another place. Try for one nearer attractions the city and good restaurants. If you just want a place to sleep then fine I would rate it 1\2 that is half.

The hotel is within walking distance to a large mall and Drug Store. Also behind the hotel there was a very beautiful park that you could walk around. Pick up and drop off at airport was very convenient. They provide shuttle service

The breakfast was better than most continental, included scrambled eggs, croissants, and fresh fruit. There are not many options for eating around the hotel except for the greek restaurant and the pub across the street. Good location, included free shuttle to and from the airport (on a request basis). The room is on the main floor close to the front desk and is intended for disabled persons. It was quite cold when I arrived and took some time to warm up. The front desk reception wasn't overly friendly either. Overall, room was clean and comfortable, and the location and breakfast were convenient and provided good value for the money.

I stayed two nights at the Ramada Limited Vancouver Airport while in Richmond on business. PROS: My room was clean and only showed only a tiny bit of wear. The king bed was firm enough and had 6 pillows of various thicknesses allowing me to pick a comfortable one. I heard hardly any noise from adjacent rooms. The A/C unit was fairly quiet and kept my 3rd floor room cool. The continental breakfast was good, and it included scrambled eggs one morning and waffles the next. The park behind the hotel does make for a pleasant evening walk as has been mentioned. CONS: Parking is underground beneath the hotel. My first night, the garage only filled about half full and I got a spot right by the elevator. But on my second night, when I returned about 7:30 pm, it was much more full -- I got like the 2nd to last spot. I worry that lack of parking spaces could be an issue some nights. Also, there is not much entertainment at the hotel. The 40-or-so TV channels are basic with no movie channels. The hotel has a small fitness room but no pool. There's a computer in the lobby for internet access, but it's not privately located. People waiting at the front desk & standing at the pamphlet rack were casually reading my email over my shoulder. I never could get the phone system to accept a wakeup call program per the instructions in my room, but the front desk staff happily set it for me each evening. SUMMARY: For me, the pros outweigh the cons, and since the price and location were good, I'll stay here again when I return to Vancouver/Richmond in a few weeks.

The staff were curt, not pleasant. The service for an airport hotel was poor and the location was rather far away. The room was clean and comfortable, but for my purpose not great!

King size bed reasonable linens. no parking for 3/4 ton trucks - airport shuttle not reliable. This hotel is not convientent to the airport as advertised. The continental breakfast was not good - cold eggs and stale pastries. No decaf coffee. The counter staff was pleasent and helpful but had no authority. Parking for anything other than a standard or small car is non existant.

Good service by hotel shuttle from airport and to the cruise port the next day. Front desk very warm and friendly, did all possible to speed up room cleaning for our early arrival. There is a truly beautiful park behind the hotel where one can walk a bit after a long flight; flowers and landscaping are stunning.

Good location. Air conditioner/heater very noisy & disrrupting sleep. Centrally located near Chinatown, Richmond Center and many smaller malls, adequate parking facility, web access, expedient booking. Provide quality toiletry supply like shampoo, soap, hair conditioner and hand lotion. Nice continental breakfast plus.

This is the third time I have used this hotel. For me, it is unbeatable for location and facilities in relation to cost.
