The courtesy van driver was very helpful with our luggage, and courteous. The desk person was very pleasent and professional. The hotel manager helped us secure a transfer to our cruise ship. The rate was excellent, and the five of us slept comfortably

Much better than expected. Really nice guys at the front desk who followed to help me figure out how to make the key to my room work when I couldn't get in. Nice little breakfast with fresh fruits and juices. Yummy.

Just needed a place overnight between conference in the city and flight out early the next morning. Was pleased to find it on the public bus route between the city and airport, but also they had their own shuttle to airport from hotel that was on time even at 4am. They really catered to early morning travelers: continental breakfast served from 4am! Service was friendly and professional. The building is fairly new and my room was clean and had a lot of amenities like a fridge and microwave. There is free WiFi and real cable TV. The neighborhood isn't much to look at but it was safe. All in all thought this was a good deal and would definitely stay again.

They need to clean their air conditioning units. After four hours I became ill from the mold or pollen that was blowing out of the unit. The hotel was alright for what it was, a place to sleep until it was time to leave for the airport. I would not stay at this hotel for anything more than that. The room was clean, the water was warm and the staff was friendly.

The hotel stated that it had a park and ride option for guests and free parking for hotel guests. What the website does not say is that you have to pay for parking after you check out and leave for your flight. I have stayed in other hotels that advertise free park and ride for upto 7 days after your stay and will go back to them. I was told that the hotel has packages for the park and ride, but no where on the site or infromation page is this type of package mentioned. Also the underground parking lot is open to anyone and there is no security to ensure vehicles are not being driven out by the proper owner or who walks into the parking area. I paid an extra * dollars a day and put my car in a lot that had roving security and gate access.

This is not a fancy hotel but it suited our needs nicely. Compared to their Ramada LTD hotel, it looks a bit shabby as you enter. But the room was fine, the bed comfortable, and we had the amenties we needed including a computer in the lobby where I could access our email messages free. It was a warm night and we had to have the AC on which was too breezy for sleeping.

Bed was ok. It was not clean. Did not fell safe. Bad part of town. Not clean. Did not fell safe. No good parking. Not happy with part of town were hotel was. Not vary happy!

Given the price, the hotel is quite reasonoable. Using the free shuttle from the airport, it was quite easy to get to the hotel. Since there is no vending machine for drinks at the hotel, I should have bought water at the airport.

We arrived at SEA in the evening. Since we had the leave the next morning we decided not to take a rental can so we took the hotel shuttle. The van was clean and the driver very friendly. So much about the positive. When we arrived we were hungry and wanted to walk to a fast food chain close by. The neighborhood is rather shady and I felt uncomfortable being there all the time. When we came back we went up to our room. The place must have not be cleaned properly for years. There was a layer of dust on the carpets in all the corners. The couch had stains in it as large as a pizza. We were tired and tried to accept those facts so we turned our attention to the bed: the comforter was dirty, but it was a warm night so we took it off and on the filthy couch. The blanket had wholes in it and the sheets had a bunch of stains. When my wife said "well, I guess, I'll sleep in my clothes tonight" I had enough. I called and other hotel and a taxi and left the hotel that evening. Okay, one more good thing to say about the place: They did not make any trouble with canceling the reservation and I had my prepaid room rate back on my credit card within days.

The desk service upon arrival was unprofessional and rude. The table tops and desk top had not been cleaned. The location is not very good and it didn't feel quite safe. I checked out early because I was not satisfied. The clerk was argumentative and tried to challenge my opinions. Surprisingly enough it was the same clerk that had ignored me on arrival. I will tell everyone I know travelling through the area not to stay at this location. This is the worst place I have ever stayed in my life.

Travelled to Mt. Rainier & other tourist loc. Would be nice along with the Go seattle card if parking was inculded for downtown locations for a cheaper price by the hour or the day

"This place is located behind an Econo Lodge on one corner, and behind an Italian restaurant on the other. And it's nearly impossible to find if you're coming up from the south on I-5."

it was ok not the best but u can stay clean and quietn bed and pillows was very hard

"My stay would have been better if the sink in my room was part of the bathroom, instead of being joined with the general room. Overall the room was too small for my liking and the microwave was too old. I would not stay in this hotel ever again when in seattle. "

I just needed a clean place to sleep near the airport while on a layover. The shuttle was quick, the staff cordial - carried my heavy bag to the room without being asked - and the breakfast was simple but fresh and was not all cleaned up before I got down to enjoy it at 9am. (I had a late night).

"The price was right, and the interior, plus the rooms were well worth the price. However, prospective guests should realize that they need a car if they stay here. There are no restaurants in the area. I came in at 10:00 p.m. and ended up walking several blocks to a 7-11 to get something to eat. Since the hotel is in a very bad part of town, I did not feel very safe walking in the area. I was tempted to move out of the hotel that night, and go to another one, but was so tired, just stayed. "

If it's a last choice, I would stay here. However, the parking was extremely limited, my hallway smelled like peanuts, and the hotel had a somewhat dingy feeling. Customer service was satisfactory and I have no reason to believe that cleanliness was less than par.
