Staff was nice. Nothing that I did not like. Excellent hotel for the money. Clean, nice staff and the hot continental breakfast was excellent. I had no problems with anything and would definitely stay there again.

Excellent place to stay. Easy to find, Easy to access US-77. Away from all the congestion of the New Philadelphia/Dover/Amish-Flee Market traffic etc, yet only 6 minutes away it all. Close to restaurants in New Philly and the Zoar Tavern (a really cool place) just up the next exit in Zoar. A really nice place to stay and a value for the $$$. Also the staff was friendly & helpfull. Next time I am in that area I will definately book my stay at this hotel!

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The room was large and the large bathroom was nice. The only complaint was the smoking and non-smoking rooms are mixed on the same floor and smoke could be smelled in our room from under the door. The location was good. It is close to but not right in the Amish country. The room was very nice for the money.

Family oriented. We had to take cold showers the following morning because something went bad and the plumber had not got there yet. It was very family-oriented just as I was hoping, the only thing that went wrong is that we had to take cold showers before we left and went out into the cold weather.

We arrived and we were welcomed by the lady at the front desk who could not of been more pleasant. We asked directions for a certain restaurant, and they gave us sevral options of local ones. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The bed especially was comfy and I slept like a dead man. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and well presented. I would rate this stay as a great one.

Great staff andnice pool. Nothing - great experience. This hotel was a perfect distance between our home in NC and our destination in Michigan. The staff was great - even had a Santa & Mrs. Claus for the kids the night we arrived (12/20)! Good breakfast, hotel pool was very nice. Overall, I'd stay again in a heartbeat and may on the way home. Wonderful experience and price was great!

We like the convenience to Amish country, pool, hot tub and breakfast. Very nice hotel, nice front desk help, paper work was already done before we got there, just had to get the keys. Rooms were very quiet and clean. Looks like has been newly redecorated. We have stayed there many times before but it has been 5 years since the last time. Like the pool and hot tub after a long day on the road.

we have stayed several times in this very hotel over the last five years. My children look forward to it because the staff is nice and humors them when they ""need"" extra shampoo:} or whatever free thing they can get at the time!! kids can be pests but the staff never acts like they are. That counts in my book.
