I liked that they were polite and helpful at the front desk. The heating unit gave off a funky smell. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. There was nothing to complain about. Continental breakfast was nicely laid out. Friendly staff.

The pool was down for repairs and the side entrance key card slide was broke. They advertise jacuzzi, but that's only in certain rooms. The room itself was okay, nice for an overnight stay if you're just passing through. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean. Small. Hotel was clean, but the vending machines were out of order.

Friendly service. Blanket, mattress and wall had blood on them. Overall it was an average place, but we found the blood after staying all night on the blanket and mattress.

The staff was amazing, housekeeping was helpful, they moved us to another room quickly. Our toilet overflowed they did not have a plunger they should have. The staff were amazing. It was nice to have housekeeping. The original room that we were in had a plugged toilet that I think they already knew about but they did change us rooms very quickly but we were settled in and a plunger would have fixed the problem. They didn't have one. Overall our stay was great. We will continue to stay with the Ramada chain but maybe get a convenient location next time. Maybe downtown area. The hotel was great and it did not cost us much.

Rooms weren't cleaned or stocked daily. The room wasn't cleaned by the housekeeper the 2nd day. The 3rd day the room was cleaned however, no soap or shampoo was placed in the room. The desk clerk stated she only had one bar of soap left, so she asked if we could wait until tomorrow to take a shower. Unbelievable!!!!

Located close to restaurants, gas stations, etc. Located further from downtown Windsor than desired. This hotel was great for the price I paid. Staff was friendly, continental breakfast tasty, rooms clean, etc. I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a place to stay. The only issue I had was that it was a bit of a drive from the "main drag" in downtown Windsor. However, the hotel was located in close proximity to restaurants (Applebee's, Tim Horton's, etc.) and gas stations, all necessary for travelers.
