Hotel was nice. Located near two gas stations. Pool hall across the parking lot. There were penty of places to eat near by. Pool was cold. Ice dispencer is located in the loby where the breakfast area is. It also ran out of ice. My room had two water stainds in it. One in the bathroom and one right near the window. Like every other room there is non smoking. The hallway smelled of smoke. The room always smelled musty. Ive stayed at a bunch of hotels one that was doing a remodel. This one was bad. I had to go down to the front desk to ask them to reset there modem because my comp couldnt even find theirs. He told me it was fine because he was using it. If you need to stay somewhere while your in Springfield find a better place!!! The Breakfast was okay but not that great. Plus while I was there you had to be down there by 7am because there was a girls softball team that was staying there and they ate everything. It took the staff along time to refill everything. There is a sit down place right down the street so I went there for breakfast saturday morning.

Clean and quiet. Too small breakfast area. Good.

A very well maintained and clean hotel. King size bed was firm with very large pillows. Plenty of outlets in the room. Complimentary breakfast included fresh hot waffles. Very close to I-55 and several good restaurant choices. Only down side was small, thin towels.

I needed a hotel room mainly for sleeping quarters and to be able to do a little computer work (email, etc.), and be able to relax with a bit of television watching. The bed was comfortable and clean, the free wireless internet worked great, and the television had a large variety of channels from the local cable company. One could get the local weather because the cable was not one of those special hotel contracts that has limited channels and only national weather. All in all, it fit the bill and the price was right.

the staff was very friendly nothing Overall for the money this was a nice place to stay. It was in a safe area of town, and the staff was very friendly.

Cost saving alternative to high priced hotels. Though a bit of a drive to the Lincoln sites, location and quick access to both I-55 and I-72 made shopping, dining, and getting around easy. Staff was helpful. Convenient little strip center next to hotel for fast food or emergency type supplies. Would certainly stay again.

Good for business travelers! Quiet, very comfortable and inexpensive! The room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities that I needed (I.E. coffee pot, hairdryer). The only inconvenience was the location of the ice machine and vending area in the hotel lobby. Made it unhandy to get a beverage and ice when working late. The continental breakfast kitchen/dining area was quite small, and became quickly overcrowded in the mornings but I adjusted my time to beat the rush.

It was a nice little get away for our anniversary. The pool could have been a little deeper. We had a very nice stay. We would have liked to been able to stay longer but that was all we needed on this trip. If we make a trip to Springfield, IL again we will more than likely try to stay there again.

Overall my experience was positive. There was a nice continental breakfast available. The staff was courteous. The only thing that bothered me was finding a breath-rite nose strip on the top of the shower the housekeeping had missed from the previous occupant.

I have stayed at many Ramada Hotels in various parts of the states, and this by far was the most disgusting dirty stinky place i have ever stayed at in my life. The first room stunk so bad it smelled like there was a party of beer and smokers in there the night before. The second room smelled better but the floor was so dirty we would get out of the shower and have to dress in the bathroom cause the carpet was so dirty our feet would get black on the bottoms. We asked for more towels so we could put them on the floor so we could walk around in our bare feet. There were spider webs hanging in the corners of the rooms and all over the light fixtures. The back door of the Hotel had a card reader that worked but the door jam was broke so anyone could of walked in and the neighborhood was not the cleanest. The continental breakfast was ok except after they cleaned up for the morning they never changed out the wax paper and there were knats flying around plus the cover on the tray was broke so it did not keep the bagels fresh and bug free.

The heat did not work the light kept flashing on and off the bed was dirty. Staff couldn't speak english. It was horriable the bed was dirty, the staff brought me sheets and made me put my own sheets on the bed the heater did not work the light over the sink came on and off when it wanted to. The safety locks on the exit doors did not work. Not safe! The only good thing about this hotel was the shower and it wasn't even that great.I will never stay there again.

The room was dirty, literally corn chips and gerneral funk on the floor. The lamps had burnt out light bulbs and the phone had shaving cream on the ear piece, yuck! I didn't feel like the sheets were clean and the shower was scary. The pool looked nice. The service was a little rude.

My main reasons for stating this is a bugdet level hotel is that it seems old, like they bought the property from another chain. Nothing in the room seems close to new. Crooked pictures on the wall that can't be corrected. Older than should be(IMHO)carpet. Just not what I think of when I think Ramada hotel chain - even 'Limited'.

It's location to the interstate and fast food places for the kids. It was clean but the room air conditioner was very loud. We also asked for an extra pillow which they did not have. The hotel was clean and hotel staff was friendly. It was a great location for the interstate but nothing to brag about the looks or rooms. It was ok for the money.

It was clean and convenient to restaurants and highway. The pool was rather small and thus very crowded. We were on our way to Chicago and just needed a place to stay for the night while we made our way. The price was just right for our purposes and other than the pool being on the small side (and very crowded because of the size), we were very pleased with our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was walking distance to several restaurant choices. I would certainly recommend it to other families on a budget!

Convenient, friendly, clean, great pool, my son loved it, parking was wonderful, continental breakfast was excellant, the location to all the attractions. Needed towels only had two and five people, but we packed towels of or own just in case that would happen.

The staff of the hotel was excellent. Pool could have been kept up better. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The looks of the hotel were also very nice. Our family also enjoyed their continental breakfast.

Convenient access. Extremely noisy air conditioner. Good access , easy to find , close to restaurants. Would pick another hotel, more modern.

Cozy, clean, friendly, very close to good restaurants. Hotel does need some updates but good quality. Room was very nice and clean, good breakfast, nice pool, very nice staff!

Staff was excellent! The items in the room were a little worn but it was clean & comfortable. If you are looking for a clean room at budget price, this is a good place to stay. It had a decent breakfast. The area is quiet with close freeway and restaurant access. The staff was excellent. They assisted me with my airline reservations without hesitation and didn't charge anything for the extra service.
