Continental breakfast was fair. Poor customer service. When I came back from a job interview at another entity in San Diego and found that the retainer I notified the office about in person before I left was still there, I could not believe it. I feel for the guest that got it accidentally stepped on one time more than it should have been due to a lack of concern by staff.

The security chain (bar) on the door was totally broken. Noisy, as there were gaps all the way around the door which let in all the sound from outside and the walls were very thin - I could hear people peeing in the bathroom next door. Yuck. The free web access was broken so I had to spend $4 at Kinko for 2 minutes on line to check in for our flight - staff appeared unconcerned. Hotel was centrally located with easy access to ALL attractions, and every restaurant you could think of within blocks. Nothing was bad enough to keep me from staying there again.

I prepaid through Travel online but desk clerk charged my card. I had to get on the phone with Travel online because the clerk didn't know from looking up my reservation that I was a Travel online client. Travel online worked it out but it took too much time. I had just driven from Houston to San Diego with only a short rest at a roadside rest stop. I had a return flight scheduled early the next morning and just wanted to rest and get cleaned up. I didn't expect the hassle because I prepaid and booked through Travel online . It was from the bathroom but smelled through the whole place. I was too tired to be moved to another room. I turned on the AC and it helped some. Also be aware that the area has strip clubs. It is Ramada Sea World and Sea World is near but if you are on a family trip, you might want to check a more family friendly area. The King-sized bed was comfortable and the room had an extra section for an eating area. Overall, the room needed better care and cleaning. Hairs were on the sink and in the towels.

It was very neat and clean hotel. Everyday they cleaned the room well. Also it was convienently located near to Sea world and restaurant. The only issue I faced was my credit card was charged twice. I did booking through online travel website. After my return once I contacted hotel, they told that they had not provided them my payment info, hence they had charged my card. At last online travel website representative talked with hotel and told me that hotel will be refunding my charges. Hope to get it back soon:)

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was good, bed was confortable, but I was really impressed with the fact that each of the queen size beds had four pillows on them. The shower was good the water hot. Room was very clean. My only minor complaint was that the weather stripping was missing on the bottom of the door and I had to kill a couple of spiders that came in looking for company, but coming from the desert this didn't bother me. I would stay again and recommend to others.

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. the pictures of the hotel are not even close to what you really see when you arrive there. I don't expect for the price range of this hotel to have 4 star accomadations but it is inexcusable not to have clean fresh linens (not something that looked like they were bought at a yard sale), enough towels/wash clothes for all persons staying and the floors and walls to be clean. The floors were so dirty that the socks I wore in the room at night before bed were black on the bottoms the first night. We shortened our stay by one night because we were so uncomfortable staying in this hotel. I will say that the hotel location is nice as it is close to Sea World, San Diego Zoo, USS Midway, places to eat and other known attractions. I will never recommend nor stay in a Ramada Inn again and would suggest trying the Holiday Inn Express across the street.

Price. Very small parking spaces. Room was cleaner than I expected. Close to shopping, restaurants & Sea world. No pool. parking is tight on busy weekends. Good breakfast selections.

What a disaster. The walls were so paper thin we could hear every thing being said and done in the rooms up down and all around. The staff members were just plain rude when I asked question and complained about the walls vibraing from a stereo in the room next door. On one of the nights a tour bus was parked in front of more than half the rooms. The diesel fumes and noise finished off the ambiance. If cleanliness is important to you look for a different location. It will be a cold day in San Diego before I book a room at this site again.

the room is small but since we are staying overnight, it is good for the price. mall at a walking distance. the walls are not insulated that you can hear the noise from next door.

Loved the good quality towels and the many pillows. Floors could have been vacuumed better. The room was great with a nice big bed and 6 pillows. There was the iron board, a nice sized refrigerator with the coffee maker. The shower head had a massage function on it. The towels were so - soft and absorbent. The service was great too. They came and gave us a new coffee maker and more coffee when we found the original one didn't work properly.

The motel was as advertised and meet expectations for an inexpensive $** night room with 2 beds. It is in a seedier part of town but was comfortable and affordable. The room was clean and the facilities were well kept. The front desk person was friendly and quick. They even had a free small breakfast.

Actually I was a single female visiting a relative and stayed 1 night. There was nothing scary about the location and it was convenient for my needs. The room was clean, the tv worked fine, good shower, good bed, all the usual amenities AND quiet (on a Thursday night). My reservation was found immediately and they were friendly and also flexible about rooms. I'd love to pay less but it doesn't seem possible any more for what this motel offered.

Close to Disneyland. Very small rooms with only one full bed and a pull out twin. Shower had very poor water pressure. Great location, very close to Disneyland, but the room was very small, and there was no water pressure for the shower. We had to take a bath. Free breakfast was fine, but they didn't offer waffles.

At check-in, the manager on duty and two employees ignored us for at least 5 minutes. Once waited on, the service was non-existent. At check-out, the same manager on duty refused to give me a receipt and argued with me on how I made my reservation. At one point, she interrupted me by saying, "Stop!" The room was a good size, and the location was convenient to Sea World and Old Towne. The room said, "Non-smoking", but you could tell it had been recently switched over. It smelled terrible! Due to the TERRIBLE service, we will NEVER stay here again.
