Date of Stay:
July, 2009
I was in and out during the 3 days I was there. Housekeeper left a small thing or 2 undone each day. I marked a 3" sticky spot on the floor that was there when I arrived. She never cleaned it up, only picked up my note paper off the top of it. Other than the minor annoyances, it was a good room for the 4 nights I was there.

Location. Lighting was poor, ice from icemaker had nasty stuff in it. The hotel has hard water so you couldn't get the slime off of your skin from the soap. The lighting was horrible, the light for the sink was behind you which cast a shadow and when you turned it on, it also turned the light on over the bed. The bed was just okay. Got ice from the ice machine the first night and a cube came out with something that looked like nasal discharge frozen in it. So we didn't use the ice machine or the complimentary breakfast during our stay. The location was very convenient.

The room was very comfortable. The hotel staff was very accomodating and the continental breakfast was aone. The Interstate I-15 was just a stones throw away but no noise in the room from traffic on I-15. Very quiet room.

Front desk employee was very friendly. Room had an unpleasant odor, cleanliness was less than stellar. It wasn't the worst hotel room, but could use improvements. I am unlikely to recommend this hotel or stay there again.

This is perfect for a stay if you are an exhibitor at the Southtowne Expo Center.

It was close to the place we traveled to and very easy to find. The beds not new and very uncomfortable. This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a cheap room with little accommodations. It is close to restaurants and shopping and also close to the Sandy Rec Center for sporting events.

The Ramada Inn in Draper is near great shopping and many great restaraunts!

Good location, nice staff. Worst bed I have ever slept in, heater barely worked. Horrible beds and pillows, no elevators. Breakfast was decent, nice staff. Probably wouldnt stay there again.

This was a nice place to stay except for the fact that we got no maid service during the 4 days we stayed there. We had to ask for clean towels, but that was the extent of daily service.

Friendly staff. Refrigerator leaked. Parking lot is not very well lit although it is a nice area in town, it does not appear as such when arriving after dark. The hotel staff was very friendly. The refrigerator leaked water and destroyed all food inside.

someone needs to say it: this hotel has the kindest, most considerate, most helpful manager in the business. we were in town to get our son through surgery. the manager went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. and it was. all went well. also, the hotel had free wi-fi and a computer for customer use, so we stayed in touch w/family members. it was in a fine location and we had easy access to dining and movies and shopping. room was fine and roomy. nice breakfast area and a simple wake-up meal and good coffee. we even took a second room for a night for a family member. the staff made that easy to do. this isn't a fancy place but it serves the purpose, and, again it has the best manager in the business.

The staff was very helpful. Room was not very appealing.

Nothing. Everything. Worst hotel I have stayed in and I travel every week. The worst, not clean and it stinks. Not recommended, this is a motel from hell.
Date of Stay:

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were small, breakfast wasn't to good, thin walls could hear everything next door. towels were thin shower faucet ready to fall off. This hotel was definitly not a 2 star hotel. The rooms were small and the contenential breakfast room was nice but they didn't refill things as they ran out such as orange juice. The bathroom faucet was loose and I felt like it was going to fall off whenever I turned it on. The towels were cheap and thin. This motel was an older one and the whole motel including the room smelled musty and old. The staff however was very friendly and helpful. This motel should definitly be taken off the 2 star list.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable the breakfast buffet was very good, nice variety. The toilet/shower area was very small, but hey how much room does one need to use the toilet. The room smelled clean, there were no rips in the carpet and everything was clean. Our beds were comfortable enough, not great but a good nights sleep. The Staff was awesome! we got down to breakfast with our 2 children with only about 10 min till it was over, expecting to have to just grab what ever was left, the manager who was on duty came in and filled everything back up for us and let us stay until we were done.

Not fancy, new furniture, clean, daily availability of shampoo. N/A This hotel was close to my meeting and met all of my needs.

Location. Motel 6 would have been an upgrade. It allowed dogs and smelled like it. This hotel was older and not particularly clean. It had an unpleasant smell. The only positive was that it was freeway close in Draper.
Date of Stay:
September, 2008
Continental breakfasts are always a plus. Door coming in from the outside to the main hall was not locked. Should be room key access only.
Date of Stay:
September, 2008
The room was clean and odor free, which is great, but unusual. They wanted to charge $10 for a crib, what happened to service? The hotel was easy to find, very close to many restaurants and shopping. Very clean, the non-smoking room actually smelt fresh.
Date of Stay:
September, 2008
It was vey quiet. The entire hotel smelled of smoke. Fairly clean. Smelled of smoke even in non smoking areas. Nice breakfast.
