What are your breakfast options?: We have complimentary expanded Continental breakfast that features self serve hot waffles, milk, cereal, fruits, Danish, bagels, muffins, 4 juices, coffee, oatmeal and yogurt. Near the property (within about .5 – 1.5 mile range), we have Village Inn, IHOP and Dee's Family Restaurant that all serve a full menu breakfast option.
What transport is available to get around?: Public transportation runs regularly in the area. There is a bus stop next door that can take you directly north to downtown. In downtown, it is a "free ride zone" so you can transfer to other buses or use the light rail for free. Taxis are available; there are 3 larger cab companies in the area. Lastly we do have a hotel shuttle that we run based on availability and by 24 hour reservation between 7:00a-10:00pm. We can pick up/drop off at the airport and a few other locations within about a 5 mile radius.
What can I do nearby?: On property, we have an indoor pool/spa and small fitness area. Downtown Salt Lake is just north of us about 3 miles. There is Temple Square, the headquarters for the LDS faith, with beautiful gardens, architecture, and history. There at Temple Square is the world's largest genealogy library and the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. We have shopping areas downtown, a planetarium with an IMAX theatre. We also have the Hogle Zoo and Bingham Kennecott Copper Mine - the world's largest open pit mining operation.
