Quiet and convenient. Kind of old and slightly run down looking.
Date of Stay:

My husband and myself came up for the weekend to ski Killington. We arrived early 10:00 am check in is at 2:00 pm so I called and they said they would have a room ready in 30 minutes. Which was great The room was very clean and the staff friendly. We got a great deal for the price. Less then * dollars. What more can you ask for. Would stay again.
Date of Stay:

AC/Heating system not working. Air not circulated. Temperature reaching 80 degree. Changed room twice until midnight. Very frustrating. Soiled towels in bathtub.

Nothing at all. Absolutely everything, including the lousy free breakfast. Stay away.

It was cleam and well kept. The breakfast was not bad. Good value for the money!

Very easy to find, good location within city! Hotel was very clean and seemingly well maintained! Staff was pleasant and helpful. Good continental breakfast provided, even at an early hour on Saturday! Nice to have coffee maker in room (would be even better if provided a small fridge for milk/cream and/or other beverages). Good amount of towels but not enough shampoo provided. TV channel selection was acceptable but no guide channel for currently showing programs. Could have provided more in-room info on local area. I would recommend this hotel (best for shorter stays).

As we weren't allowed into the pool section upon arrival, I was permitted to set up my son't birthday refreshements in the breakfast/hospitality room. I did not appreciate not being allowed to use it upon arrival through departure. (Pool parties detered that.) This Ramada was comfortable.

I expected more from a Ramada location, even in its Limited form. I booked a suite, which was really the same size as any standard room at a competitor like Hampton Inn. There was a mini-fridge, and that's about it. The suite was in an adjacent commercial building on the second floor above other businesses, which I found odd and less secure. The common areas like the pool and hallways were worn. My room had several small holes in the wall, which was odd since we had to sign an agreement at check-in to pay for any damages in the room. Why wasn't that repaired for our stay? The bathroom had lots of mold and the wallpaper was peeling. The wireless connection was difficult to make in our building. On the plus side, the breakfast area was nice and there was plentiful food and overall the location was quiet though near a busy main thoroughfare. Overall, I felt like I paid too much for this room and wasn't very comfortable with the surroundings in general. I was glad to leave and probably won't return unless the accomodations improve significantly.

The bathroom floor was sticky. Comfortable beds but the bathroom floor was sticky and gross.

I loved the hot water for a bath or shower. Couldn't get internet in our room. Disappointing. The hotel was a good place to stay for a night. I wouldn't pick to stay here for a romantic reason, or for a long stay. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

Best Ramada I have ever stayed in the past 10 years.

The front desk staff was pleasant and tried to be very helpful. The hotel smelled like a bar the morning after. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone but the very budget conscious. The whole hotel smelled like smoke. The hotel was very rundown and in need of some serious remodeling and upkeep. There was a recliner in our room (not even the room I requested) that was so dirty that we put towels over it so that we didn't have to look at the dirt. Our experience was so bad that we will never stay at a Ramada Hotel again!

Nice complimentary breakfast. Our room was not cleaned after our first night there. The hotel has a shabby appearance and desperately needs some sprucing up. The breakfast room is very cramped but I did enjoy the make your own waffles.

The free continental breakfast was the best ever, everything you could want. I was really looking forward to a swim, but the water was way too cold to enjoy. The people were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and adequate. The breakfast was more than expected and very delightful. The pool however, left much to be desired. The pool area was very dark and dank and the water was way too cold. I think it would have been warmer if it had been outside. Overall, a nice place to stay if you are not there to swim.

Clean, Neat, Good breakfast room, helpful staff, and good computer connection. Front desk occasionally had no one on duty. The Rutland Ramada Inn is a hotel obviously run by professionals with a good grasp of the need to be attentive to detail. The room was clean and attractive. All the appliances worked well every time. The staff was helpful and friendly and acted as thought they were glad to have me as a guest. I would be glad to stay there again.

Cheap. No heater, radiator was too small for room. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly but the heater in the room (under the window) was not working. They had put a small radiator in the room but it certainly did not heat up the room at all. We didn't ask for them to fix the heat or change rooms but I am sure if we did, they would have had no problem moving us. We were just too tired. The hotel was "under construction" while we were there, so I understand.

The location was excellent. Very cheap furniture, phone did not work. Could not get to pool area due to too many people. The motel is located in an excellent location. Everything is very close by. I liked the fact that it had a pool, which was my major reason for choosing this motel over the others. Unfortunately, there were far too many people with young children staying there this time, so the pool was inaccessible, regardless of the time of day. (I was there for two full days.) The room was reasonable, but "cheap" could not describe the furniture. The table in the room would move back and fourth more than one foot in any direction, the arms on the chairs could actually be removed from the chair itself, and I had to take the mattress off the bed to put the frame back together myself. The motel boasts "cable", but what I found was static on nearly every channel. In fact, there were only about two channels I could actually watch. The phone in the room did not work. It's not a big deal since I had a cell phone with me anyway, but it could be a major inconvenience to anyone that doesn't have their own phones.

Location. Room dirty, bathroom moldy, paint peeling on ceiling, curtain falling off. This hotel was convenient for skiing and the staff was nice, but the hotel was dirty. The room was large and the beds comfortable, but there was mold in the shower, paint peeling off the ceiling, wallpaper peeling off, curtains falling down, no headboard on the second bed, dirty stained carpet. I would not stay here again.

Nice staff andgood location. Dingy bathroom, stains on ceiling and major damage to ceiling in bath, large boogers on the wall.

Nothing. Hotel was too dirty. The hotel was very dirty; the cleaning staff was not friendly. The hotel allowed dogs in the room. The only nice thing was the clerk that changed us to a better room - meaning non smoking. Still dirty anyway.
