Things have definitely changed since 2006. This hotel was not even worth the cheap price we paid to stay at it. We were first given a non-smoking room on the first floor that reeked of smoke and just smelled in general. We were given another room. The linens were never changed and our room was never cleaned. The continental breakfast was inadequate and several day old day fruit was repeatedly place back at in a bruised and old state. Where the seams were on the wallpaper, masking tape was placed to keep it together. This is definitely the kind of place you do not want to walk around in without shoes on.

Lobby was extremely hot; however, room temperature was fine. Motel staff did not seem to speak good English and were hard to understand. There were no premium movie channels even though it was advertised on the web and in the motel lobby. Motel was not right off the interstate and was hard to find even with a GPS. The continental breakfast was good, but very limited. I probably would not like to stay here again.

Location, room size, desk, internet access. Great location, priced better than those nearby. Big room with fridge, comfortable desk with chair, plus additional chair. No complaints.

Nasty, everything was nasty... our "non-smoking" room reeked of cigarette smoke, there were even cigarette burns on the carpet and counter top. We went to Wal-Mart and purchased Febreeze just to make it tolerable. The wall paper seams were taped with masking tape. The TV tube was bad and everything looked GREEN. We were on the first floor, around the corner from the front desk and the wireless signal was 2 bars. The window had no screen so we couldn't let fresh air in without letting in the bugs. Their "breakfast" was a joke. Plan on going to Denny's just a block away. The bathroom was spotless though, I will give them that.

Hotel was hot. Hotel staff were hard to understand being they did not speak English very well. Took a long time to check in because of it. Service not all that great. Would not reccommend to anyone.

We pulled into the parking lot of this hotel and thought that it was shut down. There was grass growing between the concrete in the parking lot, which tells me they have very little traffic. There were only 3 cars in the parking lot on a Saturday afternoon, while the hotel next door was almost full. When I walked into the lobby it had a very foul odor. Then the person behind the counter wanted to charge me an additional $18 so that my kids would have a bed to sleep in. I have never had to pay extra for two full beds versus one king bed.

This hotel gave a best value for my money. Rooms are very clean. My room also had refrigerator and microwave which was very useful since I stayed there multiple days. Hotel also has lots of restaurant and entertainment options within 2 miles. Any one with family would be happy to stay here, as price of the hotel is not very expensive and it is a clean and friendly place.

I came down on a 3 day trip for business. I checked in on a Monday evening. It was very hard to understand the clerk. I went to my room and went to bed almost immediately. I did happen to notice the vertical patterns in the wallpaper. I woke up the next morning and noticed it wasn't a vertical pattern, but masking tape running from floor to ceiling on every wallpaper seam. The lobby was intolerably hot and the continental breakfast very small with nonworking juice machines. The vending machines in the hallway contained one row of melted and overheated honeybuns. There was a pool and being early October in Texas (in the 80's) I figured it would be opened. It was closed the whole time, and it is in the shadow of the hotel from noon to evening. During checkout on Thursday morning there was no one to be found at the desk therefore just left my keycard on the desk.

Nothing, very Nasty. Nasty, Black & Brown water coming out of shower. No hot water. Very nasty. The bathroom had dirty towels on floor. The shower had black trash coming out of the faucets when water was turned on with no hot water. Moved me to another room and same way. Staff says they were having plumbing problems. .

Hotel was really old. The clock was unplugged when I got there along with every other thing that required electricity. Pillows were small and I needed 4 to make one decent size pillow.
