Tub stopper not working to take bath. Sink all cracked. Rug had stains. Ice maker on 1st & 2nd fl. not working First time there and very disappointed.

Room was clean and comfortable but on my night stay the room residents above me were having a party into the night, very noisy.

Free internet access, continental breakfast, quiet andsafe location. Blankets had holes and bathroom vents were dirty. I was in a single room for 3 nights for business and had a microwave and fridge. I then moved to a room with double beds for my family, but no microwave and fridge, just a coffee maker. The rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. The location was safe and close to NYC and tourist events by car. Bathrooms were clean and mold free. Continental breakfast was what I expected. Free wireless connection was good and the hotel staff was very helpful. The only two things I did not like about the hotel was the holes in the blankets and the bathroom vents needed to be cleaned.

Room is clean, breakfast room is great-husband enjoyed wafflemaker. Room did not smell of smoke, but hallways reeked! Aunt said she could smell the smoke in her room.

the staff was great but the hotel was very old. It was very clean. It was more on the line of a lower star and cheaper hotel

Location, pool, value. Insufficient room lighting (could not work in room), sheets had cigarette burn holes, and towels were threadbare. When you're outside looking in things seem fine. Not so in reverse (inside looking out).

First section had large rooms and sliding glass doors. Could have used an elevator. Very clean comfortable hotel. Tons of places near by to shop and eat. It was fun sitting on the porch.

My stay here was a complete disaster. I needed a place to stay while visiting a friend in NJ. I had only three requirements: internet access, a free breakfast, and (most importantly) a fitness room or access to a fitness center. When I arrived to check in, a brochure on the counter explained that while they didn't have a fitness center on-site, guests received passes to the 26,000 square foot fitness center next door. The lobby and hallways were not air conditioned and were sweltering. The air conditioner in the room worked, but the vents pointed at the wall and the room wouldn't cool down. There were holes in the carpet, the bedspread, the curtain and the edge of the door. The windows did nothing to mask the noise of the traffic outside. The desk clerks were all surly and apathetic. The morning after my first night I went down to the deluxe executive continental breakfast which turned out to be nothing more than four boxes of cereal and a gallon of milk. When I went to the front desk to inquire about the passes to the fitness center, the clerk said, I have no knowledge of that. When I showed him the pamphlet on the counter with the wording, he said he didn't know anything about it. I was furious and said that I wanted to check out and I demanded to speak to the manager. He said the manager would be there at noon. Noon came and went with no manager. Then I was told he would be there at 1:00. By this time I was forced to check out and sit in the lobby with all my luggage. Still no manager. At 2:00 I was told that he was on his way. At 3:00 I was told that perhaps he wasn't coming in after all. I asked if the manager knew that a dissatisfied customer was waiting to speak to him and the clerk replied yes. I never did speak to a manager. All in all a terrible, TERRIBLE experience. I wouldn't let my dog stay in this hotel.

Easy check in/out. Old, dirty, moldy bathroom, no vent fan. Well, what else can you expect from the cheapest 1 star hotel around Morris County. I was hoping for a slightly fresher smell, a bed comforter newer than 1979, and a fan in the bathroom so there wouldn't be any mold around the shower. Other than that, it was adequate.

This Ramada was poorly maintained. There were sections of wallpaper that were peeling. The remote control for the TV did not work at all. The rooms were small. We asked for 4 extra pillows, received 2. We were told that the remaining request would be forthcoming. The pillows did not arrive until the last night we were there. We received extra towels when requested. Towels were thin and very worn. Location was adequate. Complimentary breakfast was poor by comparison with other hotels.
