Checking out. Accosted at every turn by panhandlers, filthy roach infested dive. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed out. We were hit up by panhandlers any time we left the room. Staff was very un friendly. Towels were black with dirt. Room had roaches. We had planned to stay two nights but one night was one too many.

The employees were friendly. Didn't compromise when I wanted to change rooms. The hotel was ok I did expect a little more for the price, I was disappointed about that. I did see some nicer rooms than the one we had. The employees were great very knowledgeable.

The room was laid out nicely with good amenities. Some of the guests were noisy all night long. I'd stay at this hotel again in a second and probably will next time I'm in that area.

Staff was helpful. Dim and not very clean. I would not choose this hotel again. This seemed to be a type of place people live in the rooms. Someone was barbequing in the walkway! I refused the first room offered. It smelled bad. They gave me a room that was cleaner but still not great.

I was first in 220. I arrived at night dead tired. Upon awakening in the am I found the room very dirty. When I went to the office I was advised I could change rooms. I look at the room and since the area was packed due to events. I asked for cleaning supplies and cleaned my own room 235. Once cleaned I felt better until the roaches appeared. The management didn't seem to care. No compensation for the roach motel was offered.

Leaving, place was a roach motel. Room smelled, water spots on ceiling and wall. Will never stay in a Ramada Inn limited again room smelled, water spots on ceiling and wall.

Nothing. It was dirty and not in a very nice area. It was very dirty and un-kept. I thought with it being so soon after Hurricane Katrina that it would be newly painted at the least, but it was not. The bed was not comfortable at all. The other people staying in other rooms were loud. I was awoken at 6:00 AM by the person in the room directly above me. It sounded like they were stomping very hard. I did not feel like I was in the safest area either.

The staff made your stay very easy. I did not like the fact that I was notified that there was no more king beds available. The hotel was nice. The staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast could have had a bigger variety. There were dirty towels in our room that had black and brown stains. Other than that it was pretty decent.

Location. The room was gross. We stayed a week and in that time our sheets were never changed and the cleaning staff were not polite and they would knock 1 time then walk in. there was not disturbed signs in the room. The walls were dirty and had what looked like blood on them. If I had not paid for the room in advance I would have left and gone else were. I would not stay there again.

Good location, nice staff. The bathroom is showing age. This hotel is in a good location, the area around the ice machine needs cleaning and the bathrooms need to be redone. They are showing signs of age and wear and tear.

The price was right. The room was run down and felt unclean. The interstate was close-by but the casinos were further then I expected.
